“Having moved to the Southtowns, I don't have a chance to visit this Top's unless I find myself back in Lockport. (We stayed with our dentist in Lockport, but that's another story.) I must point out that this Top's excels in the number of open registers, to the extent that you rarely have a long wait to check out. The ones in Depew and Orchard Park, and most likely other locations, have quite a fewer open registers and so usually do require a wait. A minor point? Not when you want to get in, shop, pay, and get out quickly. So those of you can shop here can be grateful for the abundance of cashiers and open check-outs. I imagine that the corporate office has some mathematicians who figure out the optimum number of registers to keep open at most locations. Not too many because that would cost money for employee salaries, but not so few that that is wait is so unbearable that you leave your cart and go somewhere else. And I am not kidding - the airlines have played that game for years. Anyway, not a problem at this location - at least so far.”
“Clean, well run store. Staff at the pharmacy are extremely helpful, polite and professional. Had the flu shot there today - quick and painless. Scott, the pharmacist, was friendly and profrssional and the job was done before you could blink! Very happy with this store”
