“Scott at The Geneseo Store is just the best! My friends and I were holding our own little reunion, 45 years since we were all together at SUNY Geneseo. Although our visit was during a time the store was closed, Scott accommodated us in pre-purchasing coordinating sweatshirts, going out of his way to help us select and receive the products - Aunt Cookies, our first stop on our trip, agreed to be the handoff point (kudos to their staff as well!) and the result was the attached photos. What a shining example of excellence in customer service! And the store’s products are high quality and reasonably priced 🥰. If you’re returning to SUNY Geneseo for a visit, make sure you stop by The Geneseo Store, conveniently located on Main Street, just a few doors down from Aunt Cookies, where I know you will surely be stopping!”
