My son attends SUNY Geneseo from out of state so we planned to store his dorm contents over the summer. I had originally booked a unit at a different facility but the day he moved out I could not access the unit or get a hold of anyone. I called Geneseo Mini Storage and they still had some available units and were able to get us set up within 10 minutes and we got my son’s things moved in immediately. It was a life saver for us as we had a flight to catch back home. So easy to work with and the facility was clean and well cared for and close to campus. Wish I would have booked with them from the start.

The crew at Geneseo Mini Storage was great and went above and beyond to help us find the best sized unit for our storage needs. Selena was very professional, honest and extremely helpful by getting us the best price around!!! KUDOS TO THE WHOLE TEAM!!

We recently had a problem that was entirely created by us! I called Selena at customer service who could not have been more helpful in solving the problem! I am recommending this Storage Facility to anyone needing a clean easy facility to work out of!

Geneseo Mini Storage LLC is a wonderful storage facility! Incredibly clean and well-maintained, with an excellent staff that is readily available to answer questions. We have confidence that our possessions are in a safe and secure location! Highly recommend!

While unit was convenient, it was way overpriced. When I cleaned it out and cancelled it half way through the month, I didn't get any sort of reimbursement. Disappointed.

Called that place, a guy who picked the phone sounds so rude & hung up. Was like yo?! Wow. Called again, he picked up & answered. Asking questions, was confusing with his answers, asked him to hold while interpreting for Deaf family but he sounds so rude when he asked if im here. Explained him that I am interpreting for Deaf family but he just like oh ok and guess what? He keeps being rude. I had fed up with and politely thank you. He hung up before I hang up. EXTREMELY RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Whoever reading this, manager or owner... do me favor, have your staff to learn to patience, being open and be respectful. If youre busy or on lunch break... just dont answer or let machine pick up for you.

We have been renting from Geneseo Mini-Storage for 2 years now, and LOVE this facility! They are so easy to work with, and are very pleasant! My daughter attends Geneseo, so I book storage in Feb-March when the rates are really low to be certain that my daughter has a unit in time for the end of her spring semester. The rates are cheaper then, and even though I am paying for a couple of extra months it works out to be the same price if I had booked it when the rates go up in April & May. (And I am guaranteed to have a storage unit when school lets out and they become scarce.) The units are CLEAN, secure and easy access. Very, very pleased!
