Called in looking for 2 items, was told they were there in stock. When I arrived they actually didn't have the product in stock. If your looking for a specific item make sure you have the employees get eyes on the product and actually physically have it. If you don't they are just reading off a screen and you stand to loose 1.5hrs of your time like I did today.

Store is always clean, bright, and well organized. Been coming here since it was opened. More often than not you’ll see the same person greeting you and working the register to check out customers. Has been great for years, 5 ⭐️.
Within the last (6 months 🤷🏼♂️) or so if you refuse the 4 attempts of the cashier to buy a warranty on a $12 light he resorts to personal insults.
i.e. “you’re the one who has to deal with it after 90 days, that’s just crazy you wouldn’t buy that like seriously just bring it back in a year, pssh it’s your problem now, you’re dumb not to get this”
He continues to mutter under his breath at you while completing check out. I’m a man and am not crying about it but it certainly reflects poorly on what is otherwise a great store to visit.

This is the second time we have visited this Geneseo location. Both times going in and finding what we were looking for without any issues. Checking out process was not so great, actually a horrible experience. When buying a product yes, I agree please offer me the warranty that is available, but once that customer declines that warranty move on, stop trying to shove it down their throats. 3 times this associate (Aaron) tried talking me into buy the warranty and going on with his long spew about it and seeming irritated when I declined for the THIRD TIME. I will not be going back to the Geneseo location. Customers should not be harassed and guilted into buying anything.
