They helped me out big time. My daughter damaged a tire on her car and I had one on another rim but had no way to change them. They fixed me up very quickly. Thanks guys.

Clearly explained the product choices, had them in stock, fit me in without an appointment for an install and kept me posted on how much longer it would take. Second time purchasing tires from Geneseo Mavis. Definitely recommend them.

I have been to this shop a few times, and each time the staff have been friendly, courteous, and transparent. While I have had negative experiences at past mechanic shops (trying to upsell me or convince me about unnecessary services), services received at this facility have been fabulous!

Took me in with no appointment or notice when I got a flat tire. Spent and hour on my car: took off all the tires, checked everything over, patched the tire and got everything put back together and reprogrammed TPMS. Total cost to me was under $30! Great people; honest, friendly. Great customer service and prices and made me feel like they value my safety in their thoroughness.

Fastest vehicle service I’ve probably ever had especially on a Sunday! We booked an alignment and NYS inspection on my phone for 12:00pm and it took the guys less then an hour to get everything squared away! Even with their card reader having an issue they figured it all out quick!
We said an extra thanks with a dozen donuts from Dunkin nextdoor for the guys and found out they love when people do that!!
(They were so happy lol!!)
Highly recommend them after everything we’ve dealt with before this with our local shops! :)

Hands down the best automotive repair shop experience. From making the appointment to diagnosing the needs of my vehicle, their team clearly communicated the process, timeline and costs. They repaired only what was needed and did not try to upsell me any additional services. I was in and out in 2hrs. Maison was my onsite rep. He and his team were very professional throughout the experience.

It was an hour before close and my tire had a leak. They made sure to get me in and fix it even though they had to stay after close. Absolutely amazing and great people that work there!! Awesome service!!!
