Might as well be called Dogsmart, one isle of cat stuff 6 isles of dog stuff. No groomers for cats only dogs. If it wasn’t for the rewards points I’d just buy all my cat stuff online/walmart

Every single time I come to this location I am welcomed by the workers and always assisted in a hospitable and timely manner.
Took my Poodle Puppy here for grooming, they did an amazing job and comforted my dog since it was his first time, they really know how to work with pups.

Last couple times we’ve had a horrible experience with the grooming. I took my one year old lab to get his nails cut and ears cleaned. Like ever done since he was about 4 months old. He still has his puppy energy and gets excited. Today we were told that they were unable to service him, since he was too crazy. As they were telling me he was too crazy he was laying at my feet, they had us walk around for about 10 minutes. We went back and Cheyanne told me she was unable to service him, he still wasn’t calm enough. We’ve never had this experience with any of the other groomers and he acted the same way he usually does. They all say he is a little crazy when checking in but calms right down in the back. Very upset with our service and will never be going back especially to Cheyanne. This isn’t the first grooming session with her. The last time she ignored us when we were waiting to get checked in at our appointment time and went and played with other dogs that were waiting in line to check out.

They only sell goldfish, no other animals, even though the website leads to think otherwise. Found a hamster at Country Max down the road instead.

York Animal Hospital was the only place that would take my cat in for emergency services on a Saturday morning after my cat was attacked by a great northern owl. Missy ( my cat) was taken in and they took excellent care of her. She is severely hurt and I have taken her in 4 times this week. I have called them and sent them pictures when I wasn't sure what to do for her. The staff there are the nicest sweetest people ever. They have been in touch with me to see how she is. I really can't say enough good things about them.
