This used to be a Mobil and was much better when it was, since the change over the gas is a royal pain to use quickly at the pump. The car wash is terrible, long lines and doesn't work half the time then when you do get it in doesn't really clean the car completely. Do not waste your time.

Car wash is horrible. Waited in vet 30 minutes to have my car washed - had already paid for it when getting gas. The wash lightly misted my car with water, sprayed it with soap, and then skipped any rinse cycles and dried the soap right onto my car! I paid $15 for the hot wax wash - the best one - just to likely have ruined my paint job. There is no place to rinse the car off myself - no self-service wash on the premises. And the line to try to attempt a decent wash in the other one stall was about 10 vehicles long. The employee that I asked to remedy the situation gave me a code for another wash, rather than a refund. And when I attempted to use that code it had already been used. Now my groceries are likely spoiling in my backseat while I’m at another car wash in another town in an attempt to save my car’s paint job from this terrible car wash. Not only am I disappointed in this experience, I won’t get gas here again either.

I would give it five stars if the vacuums by the touch less car wash worked correctly. Please service your vehicle vacuums! Thank you!Employees are super nice people!

So, I'm handicapped, parking permit and all. Achilles tendon rupture and fractured heel. Recovering from surgery. At the Geneseo Quicklees and other of their stores, after pumping my gas I get a message saying that The Clerk Has Your Receipt. So, I walk across the crowded parking lot, cast, crutches and all, to get the stupid receipt that I requested at the pump. This has been going on at these stores for years. I'm done buying their expensive gas. It's 50 cents more expensive than all of the surrounding communities. C'mon Bruckel, won't your millions afford a receipt at the pump?

I hope you're not having to paying your morning employee For the time she is on her cell phone (98% of the time what I normally observe when I go in). theres a lot of stuff in that store that she can do to be productive!
