“10/10 we absolutely love Dr Dan and his crew. I called randomly because my new to me golden retriever Lucky had some nasty ears and they got me in that evening and he had a double ear infection. I am so blessed when every other vet I called wasn’t accepting new patients. Lucky, also just got fixed last week and a nurse called me the next day to check on him and see if I had any questions. I love this office and Dr Dan is so sweet and patient, I recommend them to everyone.”

“They are always kind and considerent with me and if I have a question or concern they are right there on the phone and ready to listen anywhere else you go they are quick to listen and judge but they hang up on you and you they don't have the time to talk they answer the phone and hang up to quick at least Genesee Valley veterinarian is listening and making sure that your pet or family member is Safe and comfortable and always happy living the great life”
