I have had some bad experiences with self checkout...the system keeps changing with how to checkout your groceries. The ladies who watch over at self checkout are rude and unprofessional.. I wore my perfume one time and a worker yelled out WOAH it smells like patchouli in here! Infront of the whole store to hear Making a sour face..I told the one girl at the self checkout that it was my perfume and she just said your fine..just make sure to do this when you checkout..no apology..just rude..for wegmans their customer service at self checkout is terrible.

Wegmans is beyond expensive. I only go there if I need something I can't find elsewhere. I can t shop there on a weekly basis.

Wegmans is an upscale regional grocery store with great produce and prepared foods. We prefer shopping at Wegmans vs other big box stores.
