“It seems that problems always happen on a Friday when service and deliveries are almost nonexistent. Mine was a fridge that was screaming like a banshee and needed to be replaced ASAP. Chris was very helpful, and even though his delivery people had a full day of deliveries he fit me in, and the new fridge was in and running by 1PM. Additionally, they took the old one away. Life uninterrupted. Kudos to small businesses that offer to go the extra mile.”
