went to look into changing to first net Josh the salesmen was great I ended up getting a plan through them and a new phone he set everything up for me was very friendly and answerd call my questions the next day I meant the store manager while picking up my watch he was also very helpful great job guys and great customer service

No help whatsoever. Just because girl couldn't help me was no reason to be rude and drop the f bomb. Blamed everyone under the sun for the issue except AT&T. The blonde girl claiming to be the manager could certainly use a lesson in customer service and professionalism.

These Two Guys Working at this AT&T store in Geneva,NY were the True meaning of Customer Service…My Phone took a Ride on the top of a car and came to a abrupt end leaving my device unusable.. although I am still waiting for my Apple portion to return to normal the AT&T part is functioning perfectly!!Thanks For All The Help Miguel !! The Man☮️
