“Renting a car at this location (Geneva, NY) is a no brainer. I just had one of my best ever rental experiences due to the staff- particularly Sofia and Evan. Both were incredibly helpful to make our whole process go smoothly.We had a one-way rental and I had a reservation, but at the last minute, had to make a change. I was not optimistic, but after speaking with Sofia, I was much more hopeful it would happen. Then on the day of, everything went smoothly including the upgrade change we needed. Whew!I am grateful to the staff at the Geneva location for working so well on our behalf. Oh, and BTW, the return in Myrtle Beach was awesome too!”
