Been going here for years. Easy appointment made online. Very friendly staff. Evolving into a quick telemed appointment. Was in and out within an hour for a full eye exam. Will take longer to go through a glasses fitting, but I only needed to reorder contacts. My prescription is strong and they never have my sample lenses in stock (expected this, so not critical of them). They took the time to search for the correct ones to no avail, but appreciated the effort. Woman at the front desk was super nice checking me out. Will always come back!

Had a great visit everyone seemed nice and actually welcoming for a change. I was immediately attended to and had a very little wait time. I’ve seen people write bad reviews about this place but I think they are way off the mark. Would actually recommend this place to friends and family. Seems to be run extremely well!

The wait for the doctor was 7 minutes and the doctor saw us for 15 seconds.Floors are dirty but the overrall selection of glasses are amazing but nice service all is good beside the floors and waited time but overall i will keep coming back.

The older lady at the desk is miserable and snippy. I've been in multiple time and I could be as nice as pie and she is just short and rude. We were a couple minutes late because we had the time wrong and she made sure she said it loud enough for the whole place to hear as soon as we walked in the door! The ladies that help fit glasses are so nice. The ladies working the counter are absolutely miserable like they hate life. Find another job if you are so miserable that you have to be so rude to good people.

They immediately change their tone the minute you bring up that your child has Autism and needs extra time. I understand there’s other doctors, but i decided to bring my business and trust my sons care with you. You not only called three times offering to have him seen somewheres else after finding out, you also went out of your way to make it known that this might waste your time. You didn’t come flat out and say it was because he was Autistic but you did get the point a crossed loud and clear. I will NEVER recommend. 0 stars if it was possible.

I came here couple years ago and it wasn’t my best experience.. it felt like too rushy. This time i love it. The staffs and the doctor are amazing. The doctor took his time to go over a lot of thing with me. Everyone here showed they care. This is one of my best experience to visit an eye doctor.

Can't get anyone to answer the phone, when you call. Then they give you a promise date and then not deliver. This is the last time I deal with them.

They have a machine to schedule appointments that's is asinine. l spelled my name 5 times to no avail. Then told l would get a live person on the phone. A hang up is what l received. This happened twice. How do you get a hold of this place.

Very Dirty. Floors have not been vacuumed. Over flowing trash cans. Wall repairs not painted over.Dirty equipment.Customer service was good.

Don't use this place, I'd give them -5 stars if it was an option. I've had two bad experiences at this place. The first was just prior to Covid when I had an appointment and they never called me to come pick up my glasses. I called them, they said the glasses were in and come get them and confirmed they had the prior auth, the receptionist said yes they did. I get there and they didn't have the prior Auth, I called my insurance to get it and was told by the insurance it had already been sent, the insurance company had to send it a second time but I still had to make the trip twice to pick them up. They ended up telling me it was their mistake because they saw the prior Auth from the year before and thought it was for that year. I told Visionworks I lived 45 minutes away, they didn't care. Then today I had a routine eye appointment. I had messages several times this week as reminders that I had the appointment, i even showed the guy one that was sent at 8:01 am the morning of the appointment reminding me. I get there and was told my appointment was kicked out of their system because I was out of network. No call, no cancelation notice, nothing. I wasted an hour and a half plus gas. They have the worst customer service ever. Pick up the phone and call to notify people when YOU cancel appointments.

Gossip girls waiting to Rip you off. Yes, they will be extra slow gossiping to each other instead of taking care of the customer at their station. Then the over-perfumed costume jewelry dot starts trying to charge cash for extras saying the insurance doesn't cover stuff like anti-blur. Lmao wow really must have needed that after-work fix.

It would be a great business if they didn't overbook appointments all the time. Make sure if you set your appointment online that it's with a real doctor and not telemedicine

The Eye Doctors here are very nice and so helpful. All the employees are great and I had an awesome experience here. Definitely walked away happy! ?
