Evans the manager in Training did NOT call the RESERVED customers to let us know THEY had NO VEHICLES available. Cleaned and readied cars for the Caucasian males first, and told us colored people they did not have vehicles. Why are there multiple vehicles parked along their lot with no vehicles available? Called Cananadaigua, NU, they said there was an available car, four mins later I received a call. No vehicles available. No manager has still yet to call me ? thanks for nothing Enterprise! Ruined a lot of paid plans.

Rented from this location 5 times last year and I always recieved exceptional customer service from all the workers. Got few upgrades as well which made the experience even better. Can’t wait to utilize them again this year!

Renting a car at this location (Geneva, NY) is a no brainer. I just had one of my best ever rental experiences due to the staff- particularly Sofia and Evan. Both were incredibly helpful to make our whole process go smoothly.We had a one-way rental and I had a reservation, but at the last minute, had to make a change. I was not optimistic, but after speaking with Sofia, I was much more hopeful it would happen. Then on the day of, everything went smoothly including the upgrade change we needed. Whew!I am grateful to the staff at the Geneva location for working so well on our behalf. Oh, and BTW, the return in Myrtle Beach was awesome too!

Worst customer service ever. I work in customer service reserved a car showed up and hour before closing and was told no cat available. When I asked about next closest location was again told nothing available. I called the nexy closest location and 5 minuyes later I'm on my way because they DID have a car available. Unreliable. Not friendly or considerate.

Fail to tell consumers that you need a credit card in order to rent a vehicle. Does not accept debit cards.

I am a big fan of Enterprise but the location in Geneva NY is absolutely the best. Sophia the manager is an energetic, friendly, professional manager whose customer service can’t be beat. Drivers Larry and John were awesome. I highly recommend this Enterprise if you are in need of a rental car in the Finger Lakes. Thanks for the great service!

The experience with Sofia, Jake and Jon was amazing. They not only picked us up on time from Keuka then drove us to the Geneva location at that last minute, upgraded our car, they also called several times during the rental to make sure everything was good.. I wish our rental car places down in our state cared as much. I have never had such good service when renting a car! Thank you so much!

Robby was very helpful with the rental of our car. He checked in with us and made sure everything was ok. I was able to email or call if there was an issue.

We returned our car in good order. We were then alarmed to receive notice that the car was listed as damaged by us on return (it wasnt). The car company then sent us an invoice for the equivalent of over $700 charge, but tried to charge our card with over $4500 within hours of sending the invoice. We were able to stop the first charge with our bank, but the company was able to take the $700 charge, which we are still disputing. Unable to resolve with them (they ignore emails apparently). Avoid like the plague. Charlatans.

Before hiring I had read the reviews and to be fair I was a little concerned as most of the reviews are negative about the returns process.We had no issues collecting the car and we received an upgrade to a better car which is always a nice touch. The bus from the airport to the carpark was quick and the collection process was too.When we returned the car I took a video, just to be on the safe side. We dropped the keys and left the car to be checked ( I know why would I do that ? ), but there were no issues.I received an E-mail to confirm that the car was returned before I had reached the terminal on the bus.Would I use enterprise again at Geneva ? Yes, the process was quick and easy and I had no issues.
