“We found ourselves in quite a pickle this morning with a lack of power on a job site. I called the Geneva store and the manager, Abby, answered and was so amazingly helpful that I was compelled to jump on here and give her a shout out. She went through what was available for us to grab immediately and had it waiting at the front of the store so we could be as efficient as possible with the transaction. If I could give 10 Stars this morning, I would. Thank you Abby and the entire Geneva staff!

“I wanted to recognize the outstanding service we received at Lowe's yesterday while purchasing a new $600 air conditioner for my 83-year-old father, a Vietnam veteran who proudly served four years in the U.S. Army.

Brian and Will were both exceptional. They each thanked my father for his service, which meant a great deal to him. When I explained to the cashier that my dad's veteran discount wasn't working because his ID wouldn't scan, Will immediately stepped in and took care of it without any hassle or questions.

Brian also helped us load the air conditioner into our vehicle, which we really appreciated.

I also want to recognize the female employee who greeted us and personally walked us over to the air conditioner section instead of just pointing us in the right direction.
