We had Interstate/T-Mark install 2 new electric heat pump forced air units in a home we are renovating. These replaced an old boiler system for heat and allows us to have AC. Duane, Joe and Kevin were friendly and professional. They were easy to communicate with and we appreciated their flexibility with scheduling and the project layout. Overall we feel the new systems will add value and comfort to our home for a good price.

We ordered a new water heater, had a guy come consult the areas that needed to be fixed or redone but it took over a week and a half to even get ahold of someone after that consulting. Then we called about what was going on and said it would take few more days( no problem) well when the two guys came to interchange the water heaters they didn’t even finish the job and we had to get ahold of our electrician so HE could wire everything together. So not only did we pay for interstate to come but we ALSO had to pay our electrician to come do a job that interstate should have done.

Interstate replaced my 20 yr plus old furnace with a brand new one . They arrived on time and were done with the installation in record time. I highly recommend them.

Very receptive to help with a heating issue even though was not a regular customer
Joey was the tech that came very good man and did much diagnostic work and determined the problem
Joey came with new thermostat and furnace is running great He is very knowledgeable about so many things to do with heating units I would ask for him again if ever needed and would call interstate for any heating or cooling needs Great company
