I visited with a group of friends this past weekend as part of a bachelorette weekend spent in the area, and we had a wonderful experience at the spa! Everyone enjoyed their massage so much, and the spa itself is beautiful, clean, and found at an amazing location overall.
Kate, the group booking manager, was extremely helpful in assisting me with setting things up and she was very communicative and accommodating throughout the entire process from beginning to end.
Thank you to Kate, the massage therapists, and the other salon staff for making my group’s visit to the area so lovely!

My appointments for hair and makeup were both very late and I had to wait around hours for them to finish up with other clients so they could rush through my appointment. They even let other people skip in front of me because they...had an appointment? I was like so do I! I'm still angry at how ridiculous the experience was!

Very professional massage staff. Our spa experience was enjoyable, but not life changing. A few changes could be made for future "true bliss" reservations: rotating the massage tables to allow the couple to interact more easily and more tea options or a kettle to refill.

At my attempt to review the salon I first had to rate according to the number of stars to proceed with my review. Isabella salon would get nothing short of zero!!! I had booked an appointment via Kate's recommendation that Beth Ann would be happy to accommodate my future daughter-in-law hair and makeup for a fairly extravagant event at the bellhurst. I expressed more than once how important this experience would be as I wanted her to feel very special and pampered. As I was unable to attend with her much to my surprise an hour later as her appointment was supposed to be at 10:00 a.m. I received a text that something came up and that she is unable to accommodate her. Not a phone call a text saying something came up and that she was sorry and that I would receive a full refund as if she was doing me a favor by that. Imagine if that was the bride. They have no backup plan???. And after I reached out to Beth Ann via a phone call she had the nerve to try to turn it around stating she would have never been able to finish her by 11:30. Well no of course not not when you're an hour late already!! So without hesitation I do not recommend Beth Ann or Isabella's salon. Furthermore I am not interested in any response as this is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional.

Highly recommend this salon! I was visiting Seneca Lake and could not stand my hair another day, so decided to take a chance. I booked with BethAnn and was beyond pleasantly surprised! Not only do I love my hair, but I loved the overall experience and will honestly consider making the 5 hour drive just to see her again next time I need a haircut.

They were unorganized and were over half an hour late to starting my appointment. My sister and I were scheduled to get our hair done at the same time but one of the stylists was behind so I waited.I tried to remind them at half an hour that I was still waiting and they said not worry because I was next which I thought was weird because I was the only one there waiting. About five minutes later my sister's stylists was finishing up and they somehow ended up forgetting about me and letting another person who just walked in see the hair stylist first despite me waiting. I told them they skipped me and they said sorry I should be able to get my hair done next. When I did get my chance to have my hair done they rushed through the appointment. The location at the castle is convenient but I would recommend going some place else for better quality work.Services: Bridal services

I had an eyebrow emergency last month (after butchering my brows on my own) and Isabella got me in within 24 hours to get them fixed. They are my new go-to salon, mostly due to Abbi, the great stylist who has taken care of me. Other praise includes the overall environment and ambience of the spa, which are wonderful. Highly recommended. PS The desk staff is unfailingly warm and polite. Wanted to throw that in there!

We received a couples massage as a wedding present back in March and still are trying to use it! We have tried to book a couples massage for MONTHS. We call at least once or twice a month and Always told different things... It has to be on a weekend, no availability, understaffed. Now when we call, they are only offering back to back massages! Absolutely ridiculous we have $400 worth that is going to no use! Why offer a service if you can't perform it?! Have been a customer here many many times and at this point we would rather use it for nice dinners. A call to the head of the hotel will be next to see if we can change it!

This was a decent couple's spa experience. The reason for 3 stars is that the massage therapists arrived late to get us for our appointment so our massage was cut short, it was only 40 minutes. They seemed to be in a hurry as well, as if their last appointment ran over and they needed to catch up. The massage itself was pretty good, the therapists could have asked if the pressure was okay since both myself and my boyfriend felt it wasn't strong enough. The actual facility was lovely and I know the staffing shortages are probably being felt all around so we would definitely want to try again a bit down the line.

My wife & I did a true bliss experience for our anniversary & it was fantastic. Started with a foot soak with some tea to drink. Then a full body scrub with a brown sugar & chocolate mix. Then while we were wrapped after that, a scalp massage was next. Last we got a full body massage. The whole experience was refreshing, relaxing, & just what the doctor ordered.

Thank you Kate for helping make my 15 year anniversary party extra special. With a couple reference photos you put together just what I was looking for and my makeup stayed all day even though it was hot and humid. If I find myself in need of special occasion makeup again I would gladly return. Booking was very easy and the salon was beautiful and comfortable.
