It was nice to speak with someone rather than them looking at the computer. I it was a nice atmosphere and I felt at ease. When I asked a question a few times she explained it without rushing me out of the door.

I would recommend JH to anyone looking for a pleasant, helpful place to file taxes. It was a bit of a worry for me because I knew next to nothing about doing taxes, but Karen was so sweet and patient with the process!
