It's a legitimate scamMale employee said it cost $95 to open a line. "It's just a one time fee to set it up" is what he said. After paying I had a funny feeling, so I called Metro directly asked told them what happened. Metro HQ said it cost only $5 to open a line, FIVE DOLLARS. When they pulled up the transaction it didn't show the $95. The employee 100% scammed me. It has been reported. If the employee is reading this a report has been made (and not just through Metro if you know what I mean, I have proof of this scam) and I remember your name.

Depends on who you talk to on how your experience goes there. One associate couldn't help me at all. Another hd no problem getting me through what the other was lost on.

If I could I would give a minus five review. I spent $50 dollars on a wireless charger that was rendered obsolete by the new phones after 5 months. Dave the store owner was rude and combative when I requested a refund. Highly recommend running away from this store FAST

Every time I go to the location, instead of allowing me to pay my phone bill, they tell me my number is no longer valid and I have to get a new number. Month over month, it was getting out of hand. Decided to switch carriers.

Been a customer of Metro PCS for about a year now.... And have always had good customer service. But today at the Hamilton St. Store was great customer service too say the least. Ben and Reva.both went above and beyond to help me. Thanks for a great time and a reminder that these days you can still have great service.
