I don't know where to start when it comes to this shop! They did an amazing job fixing my car... inside and out! We had a lot of damage to the front of our car and it took a while to get it all fixed! We had a mix up with our insurance sending the check to the wrong place and they were patient and customer service was top tier 👌 when I was able to pick up my car it looked brand new... I drove home and noticed a box in the trunk... when I checked it out I realized they detailed the inside as well! Very pleasant surprise for me and my son who was suppose to be cleaning out the car! Thank you so much for the repairs, hopefully I never need body work again but if I do I know who I will call! I recommend Milts Precision Collisions to anyone who needs body work!

Fabulous work !! I had my Ford done by Milts Precision and they did great work.!! My son hit a deer and I told him to go to Milts Percision and they got it done days ahead of date. It also helps they deal with the insurance companies.They r great and I would send my friends to Milts Percision!!!!

Very mixed bag.
Insurance claim, deer strike.
Installed the wrong headlight, the AFS is now flashing and will not stop - VIN shows adaptive headlights, installed standard HID headlight.
Steering wheel out of alignment.
Burrs and damage on the driver side door where the interior panel was removed - sharp metal/plastics.
Cabin lights left on, dead battery on pick up.
Calls on 9/23, 9/28, 10/4, not returned. Stopped by the shop to ask questions, told would be called. Was not called, stopped by shop again each time, talked in person.
Pluses
Car was jumped by a very nice shop professional, battery was established to be dead and he replaced it.
Owner stopped by at 5:30am on a Saturday and did the intake paperwork when the car was dropped off by the tow. (facility cameras)
Paint job itself is very nice and the wheel well lining was protected and reinstalled properly.
Edit 12/31/24 - the headlight has been replaced with the correct headlight and there is no longer a blinking alarm light on the dash. The damaged door part that was a smallish safety hazard has also been replaced. Still 3 stars because the headlight correction was a matter of both the good and the bad. I was too tired of this whole thing to bring up the steering wheel alignment.

The auto wash took some of my cash but then jammed the machine. I had to call the service center and wait for a response then go to another stall and use a credit card to get the job done. Waste of time. I did receive compensation for it.

Went in for an interior detail and got a vacuum and wipe down instead. I was charged $125 for my wipe down so I complained. They were very receptive and returned $75. It was a waist of time but they took responsibility and I will do business with them in the future

This spring a deer hit my truck and did quite a bit of damage. After doing a lot of research I took it to Milt's. I'm so glad I did. He is very friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He dealt with my insurance company and had my truck in the shop in 2 weeks and fixed in a week and half. You can't even tell anything happened to the truck. The paint matches perfectly! When I picked up the truck, they had cleaned it and put an air freshener in it. I couldn't be happier!Services: Painting
