The district manager needs to visit more often! I know my business probably won’t hurt them at all but we have two pick up trucks that take $75 a week and a smaller SUv we got all of our ethanol free gas all summer we both use Tabacco Pods I will never darken the door of that store again! I bought pods the poor girl at the counter is not properly trained with a line out the door while the Manager I’m assuming is doing nothing except when the gal at the counter gave me the wrong pods I went right back in and here the manager comes to spread hate and discontent when she couldn’t get off her butt to help the poor girl until she could exercise her power that I cannot exchange them! Terribly ran terrible customer service and terrible employee relations. I am in sales and customer service and I am offended! This will probably go no where but a 2.9 overall rating should have some bearing on this district manager whomever they are

Just wanted to come out and inform everyone about the terrible experience I had in the speedway here in New York. I came simply to exchange a lottery ticket only to run into an a greedy employee who tried to minimize the actual funds that I won and tried to pocket it for themselves. As a customer, I am extremely disappointed at the lack of morals this company brings.

Came here today, bought smokes. Nice ladies behind the counter tried to scan my passport card (my brand new state NY license was somewhere in my wallet buy I use my passport card usually cuz it trumps a state ID since it's a legal federal ID. The nice ladies said they couldn't take it so I asked why while digging out my NY I'd. They said speedway doesn't take a US PASSPORT? I know they're just following "the rules" but how can they deny a US Federal ID? This seems insane. I've tried before to use my AK driver's license and same thing. Why is speedway not taking legitimate IDs or better yet, why aren't they expanding their system to recognize them?Like I said the employees are amazing and I know they're just doing their jobs. But what happens when somebody from out of state and a US citizen with a valid ID (particularly a passport) needs to buy smokes? Do you all deny legitimate passports from Canada for the same reason? What is this?

Almost every time I come here the windshield washer fluids are completely empty. The cooked food is sparse as I always have to ask them to make more because they are almost out. Employees should be minimum wage as all they do is stand there & talk unless they're specifically asked to do something. Today I went in & there's only 1 guy in the whole store & the windshield washer fluids were completely out AGAIN & no one to fill them up & the guy said he didn't even know how to do it if there was someone else there??? I mean how hard is it to take a gallon of washer fluid & pour it in there?? Not rocket science here & the lot is in need of sweeping as well ????

10 minutes ago I went to that place and I had a very bad experience. A lady who works there had an unpleasant attitude towards me and my friends. I think she doesn't like the color of my Hispanic skin, but the worst thing was that when she saw me she made a gesture of contempt. and after I paid for my purchase she asked me to leave the place for no reason, I bought several things and she did not limit herself to offering me a bag to carry the purchased products, I had to tell her to give me a bag, the truth is it was a very bad experience The racism she felt when she saw us could be felt for miles. Very bad place. I do not recommend it to the Hispanic community.

Have been a frequent customer for a long time. Pumps slow at times but oh well. They are being fixed as I write this.Customer service has usually been awesome. When a line gets 2 or 3 deep another cashier opens a second register.Dropped my wallet there yesterday and a customer turned it in. I called to ask if it were not there not knowing where I lost it.They immediately told me it was there which saved a lot of time canceling card ect...Have always had great interactions with people working there.

The diesel pumps at this station never work right. We always have to go in and try to pay inside. Sometimes it never works at all. Don’t fill up here.

The gas pumps seldom give receipts, the car wash only works half the time at best! If the it wasn't in such a convenient location I would never stop! See.s like it's owned by a big company that doesn't care!

Carwash didn't work. Took cash only. Except it didn't give change, print a receipt or offer a carwash. Cashier's were good about it and gave me back my money though so I can't complain about service!

We won't stop here again for sodas. We stopped to have fountain soda. Both of our drinks had to be dumped out. Could only taste the carbonation. They were bitter and gross. Just sad to stop for a "treat" and disappointed
