This was a fabulous tasting experience. We were fortunate to visit on a rare occasion when the winemaker and owner, Nova, was working in the Tasting Room, so our visit could not have been more rewarding. She has created an amazing space to enjoy her wines, and the product is just as impressive as I had been told it would be. The cozy private tasting rooms are perfect for smaller groups looking for a more intimate setting, and she was so thoughtful and understanding when our infant son was restless at the beginning. Everything from the beautiful artwork and locally curated cheese plate to the complimentary espresso at the end contributes to a familiar feel, as if we were enjoying her wine in her own home

Immaculate vibes + world-class wine = a must-visit!
Trestle Thirty One is hands down one of the most unforgettable winery experiences I’ve had. The vibes are immaculate—elegant yet inviting, with a peaceful atmosphere that makes you want to stay all day. And the wine? Absolutely incredible. Every glass is crafted with intention and depth, you can truly taste the passion behind it.
Nova, the owner and winemaker, is not only incredibly talented but also inspiring—she’s the first female winemaker in the U.S. to become a Master of Wine, which is no small feat! Her expertise and love for the craft shine through in every pour.

I opened this wine thinking it was a Reisling. I was like “why is this pink” … then I realized I grabbed a Rose Ok. I’ll make due. When I tasted it I was blown away! We just finished it It’s one of the best (non red) wines I’ve had in a long time. (Just back from Bordeaux) Now I’m sad that I don’t have another one Well done Trestle We can’t wait to come back for more!!

We were greeted right away in a warm and friendly manner. The tasting rooms were beautiful. The artwork, walls and chairs were stunning. Catherine, the person hosting our tasting was informative. We very much enjoyed the wines and are looking forward to coming back. She told us about future events that we are excited to participate in. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Stopped in for a tasting with my wife and a couple of friends. An absolutely incredible experience with the best wines in the region. Sue was an incredible host for us and lead us through the tasting with so much information and experience. She helped us make this tasting happen and I'm so thankful for that! Getting to chat with Nova was so great so that we could get some insight into this year's harvest. We're so thankful for industry leaders that support others in the industry. We had to go home with some Chardonnay and Riesling, and of course their new Cabernet Franc. Cheers friends!

My husband and I went for a wine tasting yesterday and it was truly an amazing experience. Susan was extremely knowledgeable and gave us the history of the vineyard as well as the various wines we sampled. Also, I understand that Nova, one of the owners, has her degree in viticulture as well as a Master of Wine and I can honestly say this knowledge and love of wine clearly shines through. We also loved the private sampling rooms. This is a true treasure for wine lovers and not to be missed!

Wonderful wines relaxing atmosphere individual rooms. Suggest booking online as they can be very busy. Owner Susan and Cindy were at the Glorious Garlic Festival on the Geneva waterfront with bottles for sale. We wanted to do a tasting and found they are right in the Village so we drove over and met with Jeff who gave us a tour of the tasting rooms and a detailed history of this young winery. Vintner is the first female to reach the level she aspired to her vast experience including Mondavi in CA. Wonderful wines, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere with comfy private tasting rooms. Suggest reservations as I understand they are quite busy most days. We caught a good time as several were leaving. We will stop back here for sure!

This is the wine place in the Finger Lakes for true wine enthusiasts. There are few winemakers with a legacy in the Finger Lakes like Nova Cadamatre - and even fewer women. You can't get better than Nova's expertise and Susan's hospitality. If you're looking for a place to escape the weekend wine-trail crowd, this is the intimate, moody, gorgeous venue you're looking for - no fighting for a place at a busy tasting bar and yelling over the out-of-towners. The location in downtown Geneva is perfect for enjoying an afternoon of stellar food and wine (and be prepared to leave with a few bottles because they're THAT GOOD!)

Unforgettable experience!Definitely add this to your list of places not to miss. Words and pictures can not capture how phenomenal an experience you will have with Nova. The tasting rooms are unlike anything we have experienced before. Do not be fooled that this location is in Geneva versus on the vineyard.I planned a special surprise birthday wine trip for my mom and her friends in the finger lakes. We had tasted Trestle 31 wine before and really liked it so we were excited to have a private tasting with Nova. Little did my mom and her friends know how special it really was going to be. Not only was the wine and charcuterie amazing, it was obvious how much thought and artistic talent went into the décor and even down to the unique water glasses! I rarely write reviews, but I could not let this one slip by. If there were 10 stars I would have definitely marked them all. Nova is truly talented in so many ways and you will be so glad that you visited Trestle 31! We will be back Nova and thank you thank you so so much for everything you did for my mom and her friends.

This place was on my bucket list for summer activities and I finally visited yesterday. The tasting lounge space is incredibly comfortable. They have some different setups depending on what the customer's preferences are, and the tasting options are fairly varied for a small location. My friend and I got the cheese and wine tasting option and were incredibly satisfied. The plate they presented us with was gorgeous and everything tasted wonderful. The wines are on the dryer side, but we were especially impressed by the 2020 Chardonnay, which was different from any other Finger Lakes Chardonnay that we have tried. The hosts were informative and friendly and willing to chat with us about all of the different ways that they make wine. It was incredibly fascinating to hear about how climate and weather, and methodology affects the flavor. They were also very willing to accommodate our requests to stay a little bit longer and try some of their library collection, which was a great study in comparing different years of wine and different flavors and how it all comes together. Really enjoyed our time here.
