Never gave printouts over charge and when we found issues on bank account they ghosted us after calling to find out why they added extra charges when it was returned that day within 3hrs

added extra charges to my reservation and never gave me a printout. Found out after the fact. Charged me for extra gas not knowing I took before and after pictures of the gas gauge. He thought it was funny I was waiting while his computer wasn't working and will not wear a mask in front of customers. Redneck trash that should not be renting for U-haul. If you have a problem with this you know where I live.The location in Lyons NY is 100% better and 100% professional.

H&h towing was amazing with the u-haul experience got in got out and very friendly. He made it easy and when I needed it for an extra day it was not a problem

Out of all.... and when I say all, I mean ALL the UHaul locations in the penn Yan, Geneva, phelps and waterloo area, Danny was THE ONLY ONE to go out of his way to accomodate me during the weekend... THE ONLY ONE.... he's the best....
