Needed to return 2 small amazon packages. Instead of the scan return, Amazon wanted us to print a return label and ship UPS. So I drove here to return at UPS store and they want to charge $5 to print a label.

The owner manager patiently figured out how I could print out a return label from Amazon through his system from an iPad, all while attending to a constant stream of customers. He could have easily told me there wasn’t a way leaving me with the problem. I’m a visitor to the area and simply had no other options.

Love this place but perhaps change your website to reflect actual hours. Went to website Sunday morning and all indications where that it was open until 11:00 p.m.. I drove down there and of course it was not open.

I had a package that needed to be sent collect back to the manufacturer. I was told that the store does not accept collect returns and we'll have to charge me $7 for the return. The woman working the counter really needs to work on her people skills. She was rude abrupt and not very helpful. Will let all my customers know about this.
