I stopped in because I had an issue with my SIM card for my iPhone 13. Carlos was there to save the day for me! He was able to diagnose the issue and fix it promptly. After being to other Verizon stores around, I will only go to this store for assistance . Thank you Carlos! You’re the best!

(Our verizon help was Seath Denees.)We are new to verizon .. so we had alot of questions for Seath.. I must say he is very imformative.. He answered our questions without hesitation and knew what he was doing.. He had alot of patients for our million and 1 questions...We would highly recommend him and we would be happy to have him assist us again.. He did an excellant job getting our phones set up.. The Geneva Verizon store and a particular sales consultant, Carlos, were phenomenal and solved problems that another local Verizon store had spent probably eight hours over multiple days attempting, and failing, to fix. Carlos fixed everything in twenty minutes. He was the consummate professional — technically expert, personable and patient. I would highly recommend this store and Carlos specifically if you don’t want to waste time and get excellent assistance.
