I had a problem with my fiber optic WiFi due to the wire accidentally being cut during a generator install. I called , and G...tel immediately sent someone to fix the problem. Everyone is very helpful, understanding, and kind at the company. I highly recommend G...tel for your Internet needs!

Say one thing and charge something else - double to triple more.- I was wrong- worked with me 2 plus hours to fix billing error. Great staff and patient hard workers at Germantown office. They fixed it!!!!
