“Great service and prices! Staff is also very polite and doesn’t try to sell services you don’t need. First time I brought my CLA here was for a differential fluid change after being quoted $600 for the service at the Mercedes dealership. Called Carrero’s and they told me they would be happy to do it for me. Ended up costing only $115 here (gear oil + only half an hour of labor!). My differential isn’t making grinding/thunking noises anymore, so I’m glad I was able to avoid paying thousands for diagnostics and a whole new differential. Since then, I’ve come in for any service i needed and inspection and they are always friendly, honest, and efficient!”

“Spoke with Ryan yesterday about a wiper motor for my van, he luckily had one left in stock for me. I gave him the money for it that was HALF of the cost that autozone wanted and an hour later I had my part. I didn’t realize that the part also came with a 90 day warranty, which for such a small shop is great to me! Ryan was amazing with everything from the cost to the time frame! He treated me with respect and didn’t try to upsell or upcharge me for anything. And YES the part does work! Yes, for small stuff like this you will be seeing me again.”

Dropped car Sunday pm, done Thursday with oem replacement bumper, straightened rear quarterpanel and necessary sensors (which all 3 shops indicated due to damage) and required paint matched perfectly.
