I just wanted to share what a great experience we had when we hired Collingwood Construction to redo our and the siding on our home. The staff was above and beyond helpful and able to answer all of our questions. Very polite and courteous. They did a beautiful job on our home. The clean up was outstanding! They left no nails or extra siding pieces anywhere. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on there home.

I had another roofer come by and tore my old shingles off and not put anything back up, luckily these nice people came by within 3 days and finished the job quickly. I specifically recommend Mike. If I could give more stars I would.

I had contacted this company to have a new roof. I am very pleased with all the work that was done. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Everyone that works for the company did an amazing job and I’m very pleased with all their products. Any concerns that came up was dealt with in a timely manner and they had my roof done in 1 day. I highly recommend this company.

I just had a similar experience to another reviewer here. I was called 30 minutes before my scheduled quote appt. The receptionist informed me that there was an unforeseen (reasonable) issue and the guy that was coming out to quote the work was called to the job site. Could we reschedule for later in the day? I said I had an appt but I would check with my husband. I then told her that my husband would be avail. She said that wouldn't work because both my husband and I needed to be avail for the appt. She then said that they would find someone to make the original earlier appt. I told her that no one informed me of need both my husband and I, when I made the appt. and that both of us would not be avail for the orig appt. Additionally, it would be near impossible to have both of us avail for a quote appt. We are both just too busy. After some silence, I suggested that we just cancel the appt (that I made time for today!!!). She agreed. There are many companies that do what Collingwood does. They are one of the larger ones, but clearly not one of the easier ones to deal with. We've already received 3 other quotes for our 3 exterior doors, 3 storm doors and roof that need to be re-done. We will obtain a couple more and steer very clear from this company. I was somewhat leery of this company after we made the orig appt (we saw them at the Home Show), as some reviews on our local town Facebook page did not speak fondly of them. I should have cancelled the appt back when I read those and saved some of my time today!

Very professional and honest company. They helped me with my roof through my insurance company. After the snow storm in January this year. The work was completed within 2 weeks and have them contracted to do my siding in July. Thank you

When inspecting roofs for repair or replacement, the owner; Larry, will intentionally damag/rip shingles off to help generate insurance claims. He is one of the most crooked employers/contractors I have ever worked for. He also scams home owners into replacing the plywood sheeting the shingles are nailed to in order to raise the cost of the roof by $1000.00s of dollars; most times in excess of 10,000.00. Do not trust this company! They have also been on the news for price gauging

We first used Collingwood Construction to fix our roof after loosing some shingles. They immediately covered the roof so we would not have any problems with leaks and helped us contact our insurance company. When the insurance adjuster came to review the claim, Collingwood was there to make sure the claim covered the repairs. When they opened the roof, rafter damage was found. Again Collingwood worked with the insurance company for us. There was also some siding that needed replacing. Larry gave us some suggestions to use existing siding to replace the damaged area and add an accent along the bottom with Versetta Stone. The additional cost was well worth the investment to the curb appeal of our home. Many of our neighbors commented on how nice our house looked.

Collingwood installed our siding several years ago. Larry was the only contractor who took the time to locate the wood-look vinyl siding that we wanted. Because of that positive experience, we called him several years later when we had roof damage and a leak during a storm.

My wife and I now feel like we live in a newly built home! Collingwood Construction provided new roofing, siding and gutters. The front of our house was accented with detailed stone work. When I first met with Larry, who is the owner of Collingwood, I explained that we didn't have "curb appeal" and needed his suggestions. Since the project has been completed, we have all our neighbors complimenting us on how beautiful our home looks. Larry delivered "curb appeal" and then some! I would highly recommend Collingwood Construction to anyone.

Everything went really smoothly. Collinwood knows how to do a roof and siding quickly, efficiently and beautifully. All of the employees were extremely professional and respectful. Larry was able to explain things very well for me to understand. His quote even came in under budget. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have something done right.

I think Collingwood Construction Corp did a fantastic job start to finish. The owner Larry worked with us directly through the whole process. He made sure we understood exactly what needed to be done. He was able to work with our insurance for damage that had been caused. All of his employees were extremely professional and respectful. The contractors did an amazing job on both my roof and the siding on my home. They even cleaned up every spec of material and nails that might have blown away or fell off the roof. They notified all my neighbors that construction was going to happen, what day and time to make sure they had time to move their cars in case anything fell. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and hardworking team.
