Went in for a simple oil change and brake change. Now we’re left with a totaled car.. the mechanic never bled the brakes so when the porter boy took the car out of the bay, the brakes it didn’t work. He then decided to slam on the gas and drove it straight back into a lift that had another vehicle on it. Pure negligence. The kid should have known once he turned the car on something was wrong. Dealership workers (managers) have been lying from the start. Northtown as the owners have never once apologized. Poor business that I will NEVER recommend. \n

Will never buy from here again, currently driving a vehicle that shuts off while you are going 70mph and they cannot find the problem. The only offer I am getting is to take a 6K loss on the vehicle and trade it in. Well screw you, Lemon Law filling coming your way!!!!!Als tried to reach out to P.Fermo more than once and he doesn't return my emails!!! Thanks for the customer service

Took my 2008 Jaguar to the Dealer to have both drivers and passenger seat recalibrated . I was told that seat motors were bound up and needed to be replaced. The cost of the parts a staggering $13000.00 that’s thousands. Plus labor . I took the car to a real technician at united auto repair in Niagara Falls. They diagnosed the problem recalibrated and fixed my seats $140.00 . Called service manager for refund of $214.00 was told they couldn’t refund my money. Never bringing a car here for any reason not even a wash.

I have purchased several vehicles through this dealership and the sales department is fantastic however the service department not so much! I have to put this out there because right now I am so tired of car dealerships pushing of the blame when they just don’t have a clue. I recently purchased a used Jaguar E Pace suv and took it on my 1st long trip 2 weekends ago. I had no issues for about the 1st 2 hours of my drive. I was in a 70mph zone and had my cruise set to 80 (yes I was speeding) however I suddenly realized that I was flying and I looked down and saw that I was going 95mph ?I quickly hit the brakes and it shut off the cruise. After a coffee break I tried to set the cruise control again and sure enough a few minutes later it started accelerating again but this time I took pictures and stopped it at 87.I didn’t try again until on my way home and it was working fine until after 2 hours into the drive again when I couldn’t disengage the adaptive cruise control and my daughter who was following me almost slammed into me because as I was switching lanes the car decided to slow instantly from 80 to 73 because it caught the car that I was trying to pass.So I took it into the dealership and of course they told me that they couldn’t go 80 lolThen they proceeded to tell me that there was no code- there never is! And of course the famous- we couldn’t reproduce it!They of course made me take it back but how comfortable would anyone feel driving a vehicle that accelerates on its own? I have a 2 year old in my car ver often so I am not okay with it!Then Michelle at service proceeded to say that this must have been my fault since they couldn’t find anything wrong. It was in cruise!!!Also questioning what type of roads I was driving on and so on! It shouldn’t make any difference if I was driving in circles since it was set to a specific speed!Jaguar Landrover of Buffalo dropped the ball on this one

I highly recommend. The customer service is impeccable! The staff is always so kind and very professional. The light came on and I called to make a service apt. The customer representative got my vehicle in the following day. While there, the service manager Michelle kept in touch all day the status of my vehicle. She informed me of the maintenance my vehicle needed. While my vehicle was there the staff went the extra mile when they saw that I was due for an annual service. They took care of that when I didn’t even make an apt for that! I will purchase all my future vehicles from here!

Michelle has always been all about making her customers happy. I had an extremely bad experience with her with Northtown collision centre. The work that they did was amazing but their communication skills are lacking. Michelle provided the customer service that was needed at the collision center. Five stars are not enough for Michelle. She deserves more than that and I think her from the bottom of my heart.
