“Dj worked hard to find us the tire we needed on a Sunday. He wasn't able to, but he sure tried. The shop hooked us up with one tire to get us home and was never anything except as helpful as could be, including driving to another store to get a suitable tire for getting us home. GREAT SERVICE! “There’s not enough thanks I can give to these guys. We were on a 1,000 mile trip moving from Vermont to Tennessee when the serpentine belt came off leaving us without power steering, an alternator, or air conditioning. We had everything with us, including our cat and a trailer full of our stuff, and we were hundreds of miles from home. I looked up the closest mechanic and this shop came up. I called and even though it was 4pm they said they could take a look and see what they could do. I limped our car to their shop and in minutes they diagnosed the problem being the harmonic balancer for the serpentine belt had given out. Within 2 hours they had the parts delivered and had us back on the road. This certainly wasn’t something I could fix at a gas station. I seriously have no idea what I would have done without their help.”

“I enjoyed my experience. I called, explained my problem, and asked for a quote. He gave a quote and stuck with it when it came time to pay. Repair was quick, and prices are fair. My only *very* minor complaint? Wish he built tire disposal into the price of the tire change. I would have happily paid a little extra to not have my tires in my backseat, but again this is minor as Walmart does disposal pretty cheaply. I am sure he would have provided disposal had I asked, but I was in kind of a hurry to get going, so it's really only my fault. Overall extremely happy with my experience.”
“Recently got a company car where I work - they always take their cars to Bridge Auto and told me to ask for Rick. Well I went there and Rick had me pull right up. They immediately tested the battery and pulled the car in to replace it. They also fixed my fog light. Extremally professional service! I will be taking my personal vehicles there from now on. Rick is a very trustworthy guy and I really appreciated the encounter!”

“My Honda suddenly lost power right near Binghamton University so I limped back to campus and made an appointment a few days later at Northside. What an awesome experience I had with them! I had the car towed there, they diagnosed several problems, called me with the info, and got it all fixed- all in the same day!! All the staff are super nice and helpful and I had never even been there before. This is my go to garage now!”

“The Lord really provided for me through Eddie, when I was pulled off the road with my car shutting off on me! We were there for probably less than a minute, when someone was pulling over to help us, and it was Eddie!! He read my codes, setup a tow and they took it to his shop! It was a Sat. night. By Mon. he already knew what needed to be fixed to drive it again and wanted the ok to do it. Thankfully it wasn't an expensive fix! By Tues. night I had my wheels back!
