Tried out F45 here in Glen Cove this summer and loved it. It gave me the challenge my body needed. The atmosphere and coaches were all kind and great!

I’ve been coming here since they opened and everyone here feels like family now. Pat, Cameron, Noelle, Alan you all are phenomenal. Thanks for always pushing me to be my best and feel my best. Forever grateful to have a gym like this in our community. Highly recommend 1000x over!

The classes and trainers are second to none! You never do the same workout twice, so it's always fun and interesting. The members and staff are incredibly supportive.
