Two of my nails completely broke off 10 days later and when I called on the phone I had bad service and they told me to call back and I called back multiple times and no one answered. I'm going to go back and try to get them fixed but something I spent $70 on shouldn't break off 10 days later. I've never had nails break off like this especially considering I didn't use any force.

Several days before my mother's funeral I began to get a rash on my right hand going up my arm and severe pain under several nails with a gel manicure from another location. By afternoon before funeral I was in agony, was meeting with our clergy and my family late in the afternoon, and called numerous salons all afternoon trying to get someone to remove the gel so I could see if that was causing the problem. Every place I called that Wednesday afternoon said they were busy and I needed an appointment, despite explaining my emergency and that I did not need a full appointment, just 15 minutes of someone's time. I was headed to another salon on that road, when I passed Fabulous nails. I parked and walked in and explained my dilemma. I was taken IMMEDIATELY, and 15-20 minutes later the gel nails were off, there were 3 nails that looked like they had mild fungal infections, but I had meds for that in my home and it had not been helping. The morning of the funeral not only was my hand in agony but I had muscle aches especially in my back and I felt awful. Got to the funeral home 1.5 hours early due to no sleep. The hours of funeral and 5 hour round trip to cemetery were hell and I am a terrific off the cuff public speaker, but I did my mother no justice that day, was just too sick. Tried to get a derm appointment at all locations near my brother's house, our next stop, but none available. I stayed with family as long as I could but eventually had to leave early. Did not get to a dermatologist till Saturday. I did have a few fungal infections that have still not fully grown out 3.5 months later, but the agony was from a shingles outbreak developing on my right hand and lower arm! Meds cleared the worst of it up very quickly, some blisters lingered for a month or so. No wonder I was so sick! If I ever have the courage to get a gel manicure again, this is the place I will go. I cannot address all their skills due to my limited experience, but the compassion shown by staff and other customer in the store, and the fast and professional manner in which the offending nails were removed gives me confidence that the practitioners in this salon know what they are doing, are truly kind hearted and I would put my hands and feet, and those of my daughter's at our occasional mother/daughter mani/pedi's, back in their hands! Bravo for compassion and talent, very rare combination in business today!!

Got the second most expensive pedicure as a treat. Nails filed uneven. Sat there waiting for 15 min for someone to finish my gel pedicure. Saw my mom and sister get a quick little free shoulder massages and I didn’t get anything. Really disappointed.

Loyal customer here! They do a great job and never rush. Amazing pedicure packages to choose from and all at great prices! Also 2 of the ladies give THE BEST massages during your pedicure and if you get a back massage. And Weng is the best at manicures! Love when you call they know your name and remember you. Would highly recommend!

I wanted valentines nails, red glitter french tip. I got a nude pink dip set and gel polish for the red color. May took a lot of time making sure the shape was really nice and precise. Had them on for a week and the tips are chipping a bit, which is why I usually prefer the color to not be polish on top. I would go back but just get a solid dip color. This set was $60 edit; it's been 2 weeks and the nails are already lifting and catching in my hair, disappointed but may give them another try

I went here because of the great reviews and I just moved to Glen Cove and have been searching for my go to salon. The gel manicure I got looked great...for about 48 hours. By the second day I noticed that the pink was starting to turn brown and the tips of my nails appeared as though the base coat was eating away at the gel color. I took the gel off that night with acetone and tin foil wraps and I thought everything was okay. However, now I see that a little of the base coat was still left on my nails and all of those spots are starting to turn that same shade of brown. Clearly the base coat they're using for their gel manicures has something wrong with it or something was put in it to make it last longer and it is reacting with the polish. Disappointed I wasted my money and ended up having to take the gel off and now need to go pay for another manicure to get the remaining bad base coat off.

My happy place! May and the team at Fabulous are just that - fabulous! I have been going here for 8 years and have always had a good experience. Everyone does a great Manicure/Pedicure, but I especially recommend a back massage or foot massage by Gloria or Amy for an added treat! They are magical. Love these guys and love this place!

This nail salon does amazing gel manicures the girls that work there are amazing and sweet and so helpful . This my second time coming here because I loved it now I am NEVER COMING HERE EVER AGIAIN. This what happened I got my nails done today and I only had enough to pay for the service I didn't have enough money to tip them . I only had 4 dollars so I gave it to the girl . Then the manger came up to me named Mae and told me I need to give her more money I am like why ? She's like they only work for tips . I was like okay I gave her the two dollars so she can stop embarrassing me in front of everyone . I had left she gave me a nasty attitude saying that's it . I told her yes. I feel that everyone that works in nails definitely deserves good tips for their service and job but the customers shouldn't be obligated to pay it unless they want to that's why it's a tip and also they don't know your financial situation and be so ungrateful . So disgusted with the management garage!!!!!!

Very nice experience. I made an appointment and was greeted when I entered. The nail technician started right away. She was gently when appropriate and strong when appropriate. I am very happy with the results. I would come here again.
