We’ve used Green Forest for 8 years. The staff is wonderful. I’ve always felt like the care was top notch and very specialized to my pets. I’d recommend this practice to anyone.

Thought to apply here. First I got here I ended up ‘training’ working 11 hours with no pay then the owner said you got the job I was getting paperwork ready getting ready to start this week and then not even a day later the owner charged her mind and said I didn’t get it. so unprofessional just want to warn other people of this place

I have brought my siberian husky here with an ailment they told me he wouldn't make it through the night I took him to a 24 hour emergency hospital next morning he was fineAnyways turns out he has an issue that they cannot determine the issue yet continue to tell me to bring him in so we can determine if you need a specialist.My dog has some sort of neurological issue they are not equipped with enough knowledge to treatMy advice is to find a well rounded vetSpend money once instead of spending over $3000 dollars

Very professional, pleasant front desk staff. Was able to drop my dog off first thing in morning and pick up at end of day. Full confidence clinic had the comfort and wellbeing of my dog as main concern. Dr Rowe was thorough in her Exam of Oreo and gave me a detailed explanation where Oreo was at with his senior issues and how to try and make him comfortable as well as what to look for with him. Wish that I had started out with their practice when I first got Oreo 9 years ago.Office made a follow up call to me to advise me of the results of his bloodwork. Very much appreciated.

After much research on the best place to take my girl Willow for dental cleaning, knowing she needed extractions, I was referred to Green Forest. I couldn't be more happy with the service and the care they gave my 10yr old shih tzu. From the first phone call to the follow-up call after her surgery. Entire staff is top notch on customer service. You can really see how much they love animals. Facility is clean and welcoming. I live 40 minutes away, but I will make the drive without hesitation for my pup. Highly recommend!?❤️

One of the most disappointing experiences ever! There’s about 5 vet offices within 10 mile radius… save your time & money … this establishment is run as good as it’s doctor which is TRASH! Unprofessional rude and disrespectful.

Completely unprofessional. Don't take your dog or your business here. Let's start with The technician - comes into the room looking as if he had a horrible day comes in with an attitude, speaks to me with an attitude treats my dog with an attitude, ... ok my dog was obviously sniffing around the room and he said get your dog on the other side of the room and I said OK sure he's just gonna sniff for a few seconds to get comfortable and he said he yelled and said "no, now!" with a very stern voice. I'm sorry who did he think he was speaking to a new customer and new dog like that? I came to pay for service not your attitude. Anyway since I already waited an hour I told myself to just wait for the vet so I could see what issue my dog had on his skin. She walks in, doesn't introduce herself no nice to meet you, nothing. So I asked her "are you the vet?" She's like yea I'm like what's your name? Like clearly these people have zero professionalism? Okay then she starts asking me all the questions the tech did so clearly they didn't communicate and I had to repeat myself as now my dog and I are waiting 1.5 hours. I told her my primary concern about his skin and she kept saying she needs to do something else on him like a full exam and I explained that wasn't for today were here for this issue specifically and a full exam next time. Anyway the tech had a huge attitude while all this was going on. Clearly I'm trying to explain to you guys my primary concern aka emergency and that we'll do a regular routine another day bc my dogs already anxietal waiting so long and being forced angrily isn't going to work for him or anyone in my opinion but zero common sense is here sooooo The room had No AC in. 90 degree day so 3 adults and one big dog in a small room with no communication and heat... great convo. I really want to come back here (never) Can you please open the door for air? He hesitated. Honestly unreal. They need help and help YOURSELVES by not going here and don't spend a dime. Beyond rude. Oh and the medication is priced 4x up. So be prepared for that as well. Probably why they fill it themselves and don't give you a script or let you know they're adding a probiotic to it and why so. I like full explanation when it comes to my dog but that's too much for here you need to pull that out. I'm beyond annoyed and giving 1 star for the receptionists that actually have manners and professionalism. Don't. go. here! Oh I forgot to add they wanted my dog to stand on the lever that goes up and down and I told them not today his legs are weak and he isn't ready for it so next time. Again, just look at his fur near his legs for the urgent matter in here for today. You know both of these "pros" were pulling his front legs to get onto it? He has arthritis who the f does that? i told them please don't pull my dog he's not going to get on like that. I'm sorry this is disgusting

The other evening Green Forest Veterinarian made me the happiest and most grateful person & family there is !!Our beloved 17.5 yr old Yorkie named Teddy was seen last minute after a large wound came opening up.They saw me right away and calmed me down with the staffs fantastic etiquette and professionalism.Teddy was fixed up while the whole staff stayed open just for us. EVEN PASSED VET HOURS...LOVE,TEDDY

I have never seen such supportive caring people. What a wonderful place to bring your animals. My sweet cat Rosie was so sick she needed to be euthanized. The staff was so caring and compassionate. I received a beautiful card of condolence from Green Forest signed by the whole office saying how sorry they were for my loss. I can't express the appreciation I feel for this. I felt they cared about me and Rosie. Thank you so much. Cheryl Foster

This vet has been able to see my dog on a few occasions same-day. They put their whole hearts into your animal. The staff are very nice and treat my shy dog well.
