This store is a joke. I brought a piece of jewelry in for an estimate to have work done. I was told it would take 5 days. I called on the seventh day & the woman who answered had no clue where my jewelry was. They must have some form of a basic CRM system because they are capable of printing a digital ticket with my contact information & notes about my inquiry, yet what good is a system where your tiny staff of a handful of people have no clue how to use it? Now, anyone who's driven by this store could easily do just that, drive past it, because frankly, it looks like a hole in the wall. The service was absolutely horrible, everyone from their sales team to the single employee/manager working in their service department. They all had such poor attitudes that for a place that sells old fashioned, "grandma" jewelry and most likely doesn't do a lot of business, you'd think that they'd jump for a sales opportunity when someone other than co-workers or their "plain-clothed" security guard walks through their door. In speaking of their security, who's also so obvious, you can tell this is a low-paying side gig which he clearly doesn't take too seriously by his relaxed, barely conscious demeanor forgetting to take his feet off of the counter while he's leaning back in a chair as a potential customer walks in. Why they have a security guard for their hideous collection of outdated, cheap-looking, yellow gold jewelry thay's smack dead-center in the heart of downtown Glen Cove escapes me. Needless to say after calling on the eighth day, I got a hold of their service manager who said I could pickup my jewelry the next day & when I showed up, they still didn't have my jewelry. Then I was informed that I must have confused, "you can come in tomorrow to pick it up, " with, "the following day between 4:30 PM & 5 PM." I'm not quite sure how one could confuse a rather vague time frame with a rather short one. In closing, this place has an extremely low standard of customer satisfaction. If you're like me and your initial sense is to forego this place & look for a more up scale, business oriented establishment, trust your gut, & keep it moving.

Great jewelry store! My family has been buying jewelry at London for as long as I can remember. My father used to buy all his watches and presents for my mom and me from here. When I graduated high school, he got me my first watch from here. That was a long time ago and now that I am an adult, I find myself doing the same thing, except now it's an engagement ring, a wedding ring, a nice watch in honor of a good year, my own son’s first watch, etc. They have a great selection and often times have watches and pieces I don't see anywhere else. I also like that it’s not a high-pressure selling situation like you find in a lot of jewelry stores. A watch is just a watch but I will always remember my dad when I look at mine; And it is still my favorite watch and it still tells time perfectly.

They have lost my business to a competitor. A competitor who has better looking jewelry, better quality, better pricing, and most importantly better attitudes. There's something about this location where they think their above everyone else. If you want to be treated like a human being and to have a fun experience buying jewelry, avoid this place at all costs. You can keep your measley 12% discount, they clearly need it more than I do.

I purchased a gold chain last year at what I thought was a higher price than other stores, but I went with their good reputation. After wearing about 10 times, and not snagging it on anything, the clasp doesn’t hold. Lucky, I didn’t lose the pendant for which I purchased the chain. I just went there to have them replace it, and they wanted to charge me $45 for a new clasp—no guarantee on clasps. I paid over $200 for the chain. Since the clasp failed without abuse, I was sure they would replace it gratis. I am so upset! I’ll take it another jeweler and never purchase from them or recommend them.

We bought our promise rings then our engagement ring here, with the help of Karen. She was a dream to work with. We highly recommend this store.

Very expensive and wasn't impressed with the sales lady. I said I'd like to buy my wife a 2ct ring. When she asked how much I'd like to spend I said I dont know yet. She said well what's the price range, I said $10k. She smirked saying I'll never find a 2ct ring. Even if that's true, she was rude. And I could've spent $20k on a ring if that's what it would cost. But I'll take my business elsewhere. I gave two stars cus the jewelry is nice.

Had a ring with a missing gemstone. Joseph quickly found a stone that would fit and the repairs were done timely and to my liking. I greatly appreciate the customer service which is why I will be a repeat customer.
