Tried this place out being that it was a local shop and heard it was the best place to go get custom t shirts printed. Well, i tried it and i was highly disappointed with the customer service i received. I ordered hats and was very specific with what i wanted done. I told him that detail was very important to me and this order. He told me he understood and knew exactly what i wanted done. He made one to start off and show me as a proof to make sure we were both on the same page. I was blown away and was happy he had listened to what we spoke about. So with that being said i ordered 50 more. After a few weeks of me calling him and getting lame excuses on why they weren't ready. He finally calls me and tells me they were ready for pick up. i went down to the shop to pick up my order just to see that what he had made me was completely different from what we discussed. it looked like he didn't put in any effort. Looks like he just rushed the order and did whatever he wanted. The logos were so bunched up, you couldn't make out what it said, the stitching was off. Over all the hat he had showed me as a proof and the 50 hats i ordered were two totally different hats. I told him i wasn't happy and didn't feel right paying for them. I wasn't looking to get them for free. I just wanted them done right. Soooooo instead of him trying to correct the mistake, his answer towards me was " well what are you talking about, their fire you'll be able to sell them but if you don't want them i don't know what to tell you, Im busy. I have other orders" Completely brushed me off. At this point I'm mad and i decided it was best i leave and not deal with his arrogant comments. As i walked out he followed me outside and i heard him call me a f***ing p***sy. Its a shame. This was during the pandemic so i figured supporting a local business would help but i guess i just picked the wrong one to support.

Store owner is a super solid dude, had some clothing runs done here and they came out mint every time, phenomenal shop.

Our first experience getting a custom T-shirt was excellent. The printing and shirt were both top quality and the price was very fair. We will definitely be back.

Took a chance and started my T-shirts buisness, Formosa Island T, early this year. NHS Apparel Printing responded to my email promptly. Owner, Peter, gave me a tour of his shop and patiently break down each step of printing to me. I took a chance and place my first order with him and he has done 10+ designs and printed 200 plus shirts for me so far. Peter is very down to earth, talented, and man of his words. I know I am a pain sometime but he worked with me and completed every project I requested. I highly recommend NHS Apparel Printing and I look forward to grow my buisness with NHS. Yo Peter, you ready for the next round?

Peter is dope dude. I have a lot of respect for him and his skill set is off the charts. His creativity and innovative thinking creates some insane work. Every piece he has done for my brand is unique and always his next level. I get a lot of compliments and questions like where did you get that your stuff done?? I say Peter NHS in glen cove his work is top of the game. The work is sick & his thinking is out off the box.
