I always have a fabulous experience at Rallye Lexus!! Abbas, Paul, Aaron, Anthony and Carl are the best. Some of these guys I know from when they sold me my first IS 300 in 2011. The customer service is always top tier and I will always keep coming back. I have never been disappointed and they always deliver. They got me my 2025 IS 500 something I didn’t think I would be able to get in White with red seats!!!!!

We honestly didn’t plan to lease a Lexus - we were still looking around and comparing different brands, but meeting Abbas completely changed that. From the very first conversation, he was so knowledgeable, patient, and honest that we immediately felt we were in good hands.
Abbas truly went above and beyond. He took the time to walk us through every detail and feature, even comparing Lexus models to other brands so we could make a fully informed decision. When we decided on the car we loved he tracked down the exact color and interior combination we wanted from another dealership and made it happen quickly.
He also worked hard to get us the best possible pricing, making sure we took advantage of every rebate and incentive available. What stood out most was how genuine and transparent he was throughout - no pressure, no gimmicks, just someone who clearly takes pride in his work and cares about his customers.
Thanks to Abbas, the whole process was smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable - something I never thought I’d say about buying a car! We absolutely love our new Lexus and can’t recommend Abbas and the Rallye Lexus team highly enough.

I never reviewed before, but I think it's absolutely necessary. I bought a brand new Lexus car from Lauren Hu a few months ago. I read all these reviews about dealerships and scams so I was hesitant to come in. Especially as a girl not really knowing anything about cars lol it was nice to have a salesWOMAN. I reached out to a friend who recommended her, from a previous purchase. She's been with the company for 15 years which I feel says a lot in itself. As busy as I'm sure she is, she was very accommodating and available. I work a lot of hours and I did most of the communication with her on text. Every other dealer is just trying to have you come in and then when you go in there's always something. She was transparent and everything was exactly as she said. I think the price was only about $100 more than another place but I went with her because the experience was so much better and I'm enjoying my new Lexus so much!! I recommend you go see her.

There are no words to fully describe how amazing my experience was with this dealership. This was my 1st time having to go through this process by myself. Actually I wasn’t by myself because of the care, respect, professionalism and compassion that was shown to me by Abbas and Aaron; from start to finish. I sincerely could not have done this without them. Every question from all my purchase options to just plain old reassurance about my decisions, were handled with the utmost of patience with me…. Knowing my situation. Both Aaron and Abbas walked me though this whole thing from turning in my existing Lexus to the purchase of my new one.. I could really go on and on and still feel like I wasn’t saying enough about Abbas or Aaron. I will continue to tell anyone I know about this dealership. I do know for a fact there is not another dealership that has anyone like these two men. It simply wouldn’t be possible! I can say I am now a totally loyal client and would never go anywhere else! My wife and I went to Rallye Lexus in Glen Cove NY dealer to inquire about an NX lease or purchase - when they ran VIN for my immaculate Volvo XC90 - they insisted car was “ SALVAGE “ and had ZERO TRADE IN.
After 10 minutes insisting that there had to be a mistake - one of the managers RELUCTNALTY RAN VIN NUMBER AGAIN … turns out last 2 numbers ROSLYN RAN were incorrect - trying to recover “oh seems you were correct “ vehicle was not a SALVAGE - gee ya think -
“ oh we will get back to you on trade in “
Really get back to me …? . LEXUS WILL NEVER HAVE ME AS a CUSTOMER !!!
