“They’re Very nice car service people I’ve never met. Yesterday I accidentally drove over the edge of board I got two flat tires,front and back at the same time in the parking garage in Glen cove. didn’t know what to do. All of my employees said to me to call Global Motors so I did. They took my car away and replaced both two tires in 4 hours. It is new tires and excellent condition and also with very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place !”

“I previously had a bad experience with the larchmont store and was about to give up on mavis all together. Fortunately corporate had sent me to this location (mamaroneck). When I called I spoke with Irie, she was extremely helpful and apologetic about my previous experience.. she was able to get my problem solved in a timely manner, the very next day. She did what corporate was unable to do in a whole week.

“Barnwell House of Tires is an essential, trustworthy family-owned business when you’re in need. My girlfriend’s tires were causing concern, and I found Barnwell from the many positive reviews across the internet. When calling the shop, Brian informed me that I could come in without an appointment, but I would be waiting up to an hour due to the busy schedule. After hanging up and considering other options, Brian called me back and said that I should come in just to be sure of any possible issues, and that they would take care of any and all concerns. The entire at-shop experience was great. During the repairs, my girlfriend and I sat in the waiting room and had coffee, free of charge. After the repairs, which took less than an hour, Brian gave an honest assessment of the issues with fair pricing. I will definitely be returning to Barnwell for all tire concerns! And Brian is an exceptional, honest, and friendly representative.”
“Whatever you do, go to this place if you are in need for repairs. After a full week of getting little communication from other shops, I called here and Axel picked up immediately. After my car got to the shop he kept constant communication and showed me exactly the problem and offered solutions for a great price. He fixed every issue with my exhaust system and finished my car in a few hours. The quality of work was amazing and my car is running way better now and the price was more than reasonable.”

“I’ve been to Mike’s Hubcaps, Inc recently, and this is exactly the kind of old-school, hands-on service that’s getting harder to find these days. The shop is owned and run by Mike himself — a genuinely nice guy who treats you with respect and knows his craft inside out. He’s what I’d call “your cup of tea” if you appreciate honest, straightforward service.
I came in with a set of rims I had purchased online because my old chrome rims were leaking. Mike handled the installation quickly and efficiently. The entire process was convenient, economical, and absolutely reliable. Prices here are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work and the personal attention you get.
What I like most is that Mike is there himself, making sure the job is done right. No passing you off to someone who doesn’t care — he’s involved from start to finish. That personal touch and accountability go a long way.

“I went to Mavis in Williston Park last week for 4 new tires. While the whole team was exceptionally professional, Ray truly exemplified customer service when he drove to another location to pick up the correct tires (after discovering the wrong ones were ordered from my phone consultation). He kept me in my price range, and ensured I was still out the door in the estimated time frame. This was my first encounter with Mavis in WP, but it certainly won't be my last.”
“While grabbing my son from camp I noticed a chunk of my tire missing. It was a bit after 4 and I remember passing Mavis regularly on my way into work. I drove over a bit after 4:00 without an appointment and figured worst case I would need to go back the next day. One look at my tire and it was deemed unsafe (figured that) and I was told they would replace it. I felt terrible for these guys it was HOT and they weren't able to get to my car till around 6:00 (closing time). My only issue was I was told the new tire had to be moved to the back and was given an explanation making it sound like a safety issue. When I returned home I noticed the new tire was in the front replacing the damaged tire. I called my mechanic in the morning and he said it's fine since the car is an AWD. I am greatful they took my car as I watched them tell others they had to schedule an appointment. I was also greatful when the gentleman at the counter heard my son complain about reception and help him out with wifi. I would 100% go back.”

Johnny, one of the owners gave us a reasonable cost for the repair. The repair was done in a very timely manner. We were extremely pleased with the result. “July 10 2023 I was scheduled for a recall appointment for my spark chevrolet at 7 30am. This was my first experience with this deal. At first, I was very upset as other cars were in front of me as they did not park at the available space. Although I was second in line I landed up being last as the other customer was taken first. I was very upset as I had arrived extra early so my car could be taken first. I was going to cancel the appointment when the service manager Anthony Cruz came out to speak with me. When i explained to him that I was not told that my car could be parked by the service garage as a result i went from first in line to last. He said he would get me an Uber ride to and from my home as the repair could take several hours. As it turned out I went home via uber. I was home for a short period of time when Anthony called to say my car was ready. He said he was able to get my car up on the wreck sooner than expected thus the repair was done. I was very pleased with the service I received and am now considering buying a car from this dealership. Mr. Cruz is a police professional who gave me excellent service. THANK YOU, MR.
