Terrible person that work at the store. The google site does not say anything about making an appointment to shop. We travelled for an hour to get to the store and he would not let us is in because we did not have an appointment.

So we were actually recommended to go there. Drive there, and try to go in and door is locked? OK I guess? Woman comes to door and cracks it, like me and my 88 year old mother look like crimminals??? She barely cracks it and barks "how can we help you" and as we are trying to explain what we are looking for she actually interrupts us and says "well, we only have decorative" and SHUTS THE DOOR ON US..... Hope they are already making a lot of money, because with customer service like this they are not getting any new clients. RUDE RUDE RUDE

This is my go to for high end hardware for my fine furniture pieces although they have any level of hardware available for the consumer at great prices. The owner Andy has a wealth of knowledge and information. He and happy to help with all issues big or small. The employees are also very knowledgeable and lovely to deal with.

Right from my first visit to Nassau Suffolk Hardware, I am overwhelmed with their services and products. I have been visiting them since last three years, and I am very happy indeed. I had never seen a better variety of products including Heating Register Grilles, Diffuser Grilles, and Duct Grilles in Glen Cove before visiting Nassau Suffolk Hardware. I am more than happy to recommend everyone to this reputed hardware store!

I find no words to appreciate the services that Nassau Suffolk Hardware provided me when I was looking for quality heat registers, Air conditioning registers, and Air Conditioner grilles at Nassau County. The entire experience of shopping at the store was incredible! I am sure to come back soon. I am happy to recommend all homeowners, contractors or interior designers for their requirement.
