“Today we said goodbye to Kitty. Dr. Denise and her staff , primarily Kenny and Joe helped to make Kitty’s passing to be a loving time between Kitty and ourselves. For three years, Dr. Denise and her staff kept Kitty healthy. Kitty came to us, so very sick and then last year he had his ear removed because of cancer. I don’t believe that kitty would have survived as long as he did without the love and care from Dr.Denise and her staff. Thanks again”

“I was in search of a new vet doctor for my fur babies, I called VCG, and from the phone call alone, I was attached!! The rep (Jessica), who answered my call, was extremely polite, to say the least. She took the time to ask questions about my cat, to best fit him into the schedule. She offered same day appointment after making sure the other client was no longer coming for their appointment. Once I got there, the place was clean and bright, I felt very welcomed ? I don't remember the nurse's name, but she too was kind and caring. Dr. Ma was also very kind and showed a lot of caring and concern for my Tigger. My overall experience was amazing, and my Tigger, who is very scared of strangers, surprisingly was comfortable walking around at ease because he sensed he was around good professional people. The next day, Dr. Ma called me right away with his test results. I am happy to have found a new vet to treat my fur babies when they fall ill. ? may whoever come to this practice have a wonderful experience as I did!!”

He took photos and also consulted with one of the only specialists out west for his opinion but further more when the day of surgery came they no longer had to proceed. Again, I trust his expertise which is imperative, I don’t feel I will ever be swindled for anything unnecessary.Also want to shout out his staff - never had anything but a positive experience. “We recently brought our feral cat because we suspected a massive eye infection and dental infection. About an hour later, Dr. Kolbert called to inform us that it appears Mama had a massive tumor and there was extensive damage to her gums and jaw, as well as the eye. I asked if he would wait for us to travel back from Queens so we could be with her when she was put down - Mama was our feral for over 12 years and a part of our family. He kindly waited and explained everything to my husband and me when we arrived. His staff was very kind and offered condolences. I am happy that I took Mama to a place that did not treat her like a feral that didn't matter. She did matter, and I appreciated that. Also, Dr. Kolbert could've done all the procedures and charged us before telling us of her grave condition. I find him to be very honest, and we will return to Glen Cove Animal Clinic.Picture: Mama with her kitten in 2011 who became our indoor cat and passed away just weeks before his mom.”
