I went in for a gel manicure and I’m new with this so I didn’t know anything about prices. My daughter gets hers for $45 so they show me the books I pick a color four weeks ago it was $50 for me yesterday. It was $65 and when I called today to say that I’m new to this, she got really nasty with me and hung up on me. Of course I paid for the bill but I was in shock. I will never go back there again.

Bad experience, weird vibe. Overpriced, even for this area. I had a French manicure and pedicure done. The manicure lasted exactly 1.5 days before it completely peeled off. What a scam. It is SO obvious their employees are overworked and clamoring for tips, the place reeks of forced labor and questionable workplace practices, at best. When was the health inspector there?
Also this place is dirty. Massive dirt, dust, grease and garbage build up behind their pedicure chairs. Foot stands next to the foot sinks not properly sanitized. You can see it. Some workers have no gloves on, no infection control. The woman next to me had visible toenail fungus, and was serviced with reusable nail clippers like it was no big deal.
Also, Selective customer service and weird attitude to non regular customers. I was told I brought the wrong shoes for a pedicure at the end. Will not return!

I’ve been coming here ever since I was a kid and it’s always been clean, a great atmosphere, and full of kind and skilled techs. Last two times I’ve gotten gel mani-pedi they lasted about a month! : )

It's such a big space so you aren't packed in like most nail salons. They have up to date equipment and the prices are very fair. Tony is my go to for spa pedi, gel mani and definitely get a 30 min chair massage. He is better than some $300 massages I've had in NYC.

I came here to get gelX extensions. The guy said it was his first time doing them - fine. A day later, 5 out of the 10 nails fell off. I went back and they were very nice and gave me a new set. The guy missed a step the first time. It's now 5 days after getting the new set...ALL have fallen off!!! I will never go back here.

Staff is accommodating and friendly. Clean and relaxing place. Best manicure & pedicure experience with different choices. Love their foot and back massages, heavenly.

I went to this salon because they have Dazzle Dry polish system. I walked in and was able to have my gel manicure soaked off and a regular manicure using Dazzle Dry. By the next morning my polish was starting to lift. I called and explained my situation and Jennifer was very accommodating. She asked if I could come in and allowed me to pick a time convenient for me. Upon arriving she looked at my nails and had me pick a color. Bill attended to me and took my polish off and reapplied the Dazzle Dry. There was no charge and they didn't seem annoyed that I came back. It is my first time using Dazzle Dry and I am not sure if I will stick with it or go back to gel manicures but they get an A+ for customer service and wanting their customers to be satisfied.

I just left this nail salon after having the worst pedicure I've ever had. A $55 pedicure took 35 mins to do which is just so ridiculous. It was so rushed and not relaxing at all. I also noticed other customers pedicures looking rushed as well. I've been coming here for many years and knew they had new owners but my usual place was booked so i figured i would try it again . Worst idea i ever had, i even had to go to another salon right after to get it fixed . So upset so disappointed the owner didn't even care or do anything about it. Will never go back and hope they end up with new owners again i can't imagine people still coming here. Do yourself a favor and try any other many nail salons in the area.

Ever since the new owners took over a couple of months ago, this favorite place of mine has gone downhill. My biggest problem is the 15-30 minute wait despite an appointment--also, all of the excellent employees left to work elsewhere. The services provided are inconsistent, and the prices for these services don't match the poor quality of the work.

Over priced, with a staff that doesn't really listen to what you are asking them. then when you try to get their attention to pay and leave, they just ignore you. better options around!

Had a pedicure today with a girl named Olivia. Quickest pedicure I have ever had, 15 min! Was hoping for a nice relaxing time here. Unfortunately Olivia was very unfriendly and apparently in a rush to do something else. I have never had to ask a nail technician to remove my existing polish before applying new polish. Very strange. Perhaps the other technicians are more friendly and aware of their customers nails. But I will never go back.

Mandy did a great job especially on my callus. This place is super clean as they change out the plastic bag for the foot baths for every use. Very impressed.

This was my first time at Young Nails and was very pleased with the attention to detail I received on my powder dip manicure…. The manicurist filed my nails the same length and thoroughly cut my cuticles… two things that other nail salons are pretty sloppy with… I hope they continue the great service into the future because it’s definitely my new nails spot!Service: Dip powder

I was shopping and saw the big grand opening sign and went in. I went to the Seaford location for a Spa Pedicure. Susan did my pedicure and she did a wonderful job. I actually stayed for a 10 minute back massage which was just as great! I will continue to go there for my pedicures. The salon is very clean and it’s huge! The owner and staff were very friendly and I joined their rewards program. Parking is great and there’s a bakery a few doors down! You can’t beat that combination! Try them out!Service: Pedicure
