Very rude accountant and staff. Had my taxes done here twice and this year they charged an arm and leg for marginally different tax filings. I called to just inquire about the price increase and was left with a very rude and curt email saying that he would’ve charged more than listed but was ‘kind’ enough to drop down the price. So if you want to go to an accountant that makes up numbers and talks down to minorities, he’s your guy!

I did not have a good experience with this CPA this tax season. At every step of the way I was given different information and told different things, if I could get anybody on the phone in the first place. It's my own fault for panicking and going to a CPA at the last minute, but I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

i moved to another state and continue to use James O Day. I always get a call back every time I have a question. Staff is polite and considerate. Will continue to use his service because he always follows thru. Thank you
