I've been searching for a place for do long to purchase a prosthesis and bra for my aunt back in jamaica. The only thing i had to work with was her measurements. I google for stores and came across Lillys and call the number and got to spoke to Diane and I explained my situation and she set up an appointment to meet with her,show me all the different types of bra and prosthesis and help me to choose the best one for my aunt. Just wanted to say a big thank you to you Diane for helping me to make and choose the right stuffs for my aunt.They both fit her ?perfect.I'll definitely be back to purchase a second set for her.Thank you.Hortense Brown was the happy recipient but was purchase by Ammeeka.

I called for an appointment and got Diane on the phone but I had to wait nearly 5 weeks for the appt. I don't drive and hired a car service for $60 to take me and I arrived on time. but the store was not there. there was nothing on Station Plaza in Glen Head, and the driver drove around the block and all over the area- nothing. he even got out to ask people walking if they know where the store is. I called the store about 20 times from the car. no answer and the voicemail didn't come on. after about 45 minutes I went home but I called the store that night to leave Diane a message that I came but store wasn't there. the voicemail came on that night. the next day she actually called me 3 times to yell at me on the phone like a crazy person. she sounded insane, I swear. believe me there is no store at either 5 or 7 Station Plaza in Glen Head so don't waste your time. this incident really upset me. just do not go there!

I remember when their store was in The Bronx. I miss them very much. Excellent salesperson. Their bathing suits fit me perfectly.

I have been a customer now for 5 years or more. Excellent selection and she makes sure everything fits perfectly and takes time to make sure you are satisfied. She handles the insurance to make sure the plan provides the needed approval. Good selection plus her knowledge and experience are beyond what I have seen in the city or at any other store in the area.

As a recent transplant to Long Island, I had been searching for a more local place to purchase my prosthesis and bras. I found the perfect place at Lilly's!! Diane, the owner, is adept at making you feel comfortable from the onset. She took the time to learn about my needs and then was able to identify some various products that might work for me. She was also quite accommodating in scheduling. I really felt as though I had been coming to Lilly's for years. And I know now, that I will be using Lilly's for years to come!

Diane was absolutely amazing! Such a cute shop and she really took the time to help me find the perfect wig! She sat with me after finding the perfect wig to show me how to take care and wash it as well. Definitely worth shopping here! Thank you so much!

Diane, the owner and Marissa her assistant are both lovely and did everything they could to assist me in finding a wig that I could wear during my chemo treatments. I am very happy with my purchase and they made a difficult time easier.

Diane took all the time I needed to select the perfect color and style wig for me. She made it a very easy and fun experience. I had given her my insurance info ahead of time, so we knew what was covered. I gave her shop info to my oncologist and would recommend her to all.

I brought my wife to Lillys for a mastectomy bra and was met by Dianne Lillys daughter who now runs the establishment. She made my wife feel so comfortable and helped her try on several bras to see what she would be a great fit. In that one visit we managed to get verbal approval for a script from our doctor and order her bras.

Diane was outstanding! She was very patient and helpful in helping me find the perfect bras/fillers to "even out from my mastectomy. She even went above the call of duty and helped me see how they would work with a dress and swimsuit I would be wearing that weekend.

Diane welcomed me like I was a dear friend so from the moment I walked into her shop I felt special. She made what I thought was going to be a very depressing experience one of more a rebirth. I left there with a new found confidence that was totally her doing. Not to mention 2 phenomenal wigs!
