Millions Thanks to Mr. James Soltani!!! He is the best !!! I have a trouble to get my TD app back, because I don’t remember Apple ID, password word, and meanwhile I have too many iPhones under my account, it cause the confusion and headache. I have asked help from Other TD staff, t Mobil staff, Apple store staff , relatives and friends, no help ohoh until I find Mr. James this afternoon. He solved all of the problems and headache!! I am very happy and relax now, go to this gentle man , he won’t disappoint you!!!!

TD Bank representatives don't know how to do the job. They don't know how escrow account works and charge the maintenance on it. The communication between the branch and their main office / online support is very poor. The account never gets open correctly and after 10 errors they go through the same errors again. They send the statements by mail when it is confidential information and the account is paperless. The entire process from opening the account, maintenance, statements, customer support, everything is poorly organized. Would never recommend this bank.UPDATES. I called 800 number for customer support on the same issue that the branch cannot handle. The rep transferred the call where nobody is picking up. Customer care is not their priority.TD BANK IS NOT THE BANK YOU WOULD LIKE TO DEAL WITH!

I went in asking about the signature guarantee service. This branch didn't have it, which was fine. But they provided zero information to guide me forward. The lack of knowledge and the "I couldn't care less about you" attitude really bothered me.I then called the Port Washington branch. Even though they didn't have it onsite, they were able to right away point me to the branch that does offer it. What a huge difference.

Always blaming the pandemic just like every one else for it's shortcomings. They no longer have a notary available on site for the foreseeable future. Not very convenient. Always understaffed with the pandemic to blame. Cell service not always available at this location. Often must travel to Syosset which is well staffed and actually Convenient unless you live in Glen Cove, Glen Head or Sea Cliff.

If I could give td bank zero stars I would ! I had a issue where someone hacked into my Apple ID and took money out of my account ! Before the money left my account told them it was fraud they still sent it out! Then made a dispute claim and has been nothing but a fight trying to get my Money ! DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM ! You will regret it.

They need more than one Atm, many times It’s not working. ATleast have a drive through atm. Other than that a good bank . ?

Most likely never have pens by the atm, sometimes the only atm they have is out of service, also since this location only has one atm it should at least be the latest one and not an outdated one that more than usual needs service.
