I don't know how this guy has any good reviews The store smells and looks really messy and dirty. Not to mention the lack of customer service and knowledge from the owner you can tell he's really cheap. Each time that I attempt to give this place a chance because I don't want to drive any further I highly regret it each time he always is trying to only push you out of the store or sell you the phone that only he wants you to sell you. Smh it's honestly better to buy a phone online only these stores are all scam artists.

I needed to transfer my number from a different carrier to Boost Mobile. They were very helpful and patient. They made the process seamless. I am saving money with Boost Mobile.

Tried to return 2 brand new devices in-store and they told me I couldn't do so. They made me call customer support and ship the phones, which I did after following their instructions, but I haven't received the full refund in over a month. They gave me half of the refund which confirms they received my return order, but I've called them over 5 times in the past 3 weeks to continue asking where my refund is and they always put me on hold and tell me to just wait for the refund. Absolutely unacceptable and horrible experience, wouldn't recommend using boost mobile to my worst enemy, no cap.

I should have left this review over a year ago when Gary and Anna first helped me through a difficult time when I thought my phone was going to shut off due to needing a 5G upgrade. They really calmed me down by telling me it wasn't that serious, when they could have easily tried selling me an upgraded phone but they didn't! I realized and appreciated that it wasn't about making a sale with them. It was ALL about the customer and making sure they were happy! Thank you both!

My girlfriend and I had to figure out a sim card issue at the very last moment at night and the owners of this store were beyond wonderful to help us out. They were very attentive to making sure we walked out with everything working perfectly. Thank you to both of you!

I had a great experience here. I knew ahead of time what fees would be charged and they didn't try to pull any dirty tricks. It was just a simple phone activation with no surprises. They also took the time to make sure my new phone number was working. I highly recommend going here.

Was doing business with Boost for like 10 years, dealing with the lady at this store and she was nice but the guy who works here is awful, so awful I changed to Pure Talk that has all customer support in the USA. Great service same price steer away from this store...
