This is the worst branch. Never enough tellers and the patrons that do business here are some of the rudest people ever. The employees do nothing to keep the line in order. The teller told me to stand aside while she waited for another teller to go to the back with her. She then took 3 more customers. I walked back to the front bc obiously she forgot about me and then had to get into an argument with someone else who thought i was skipping the line. This is a bad system on Capital Ones part because people should be served when it is their turn. Not told to wait again and then in line again just because the teller forgets.

Please get better ATMs it says I can deposit up to 200 bills at once, I tried to deposit about $200 after hours using the drive thru atm, I inserted about 50 bills, the machine ended up jamming, canceled my transaction and didn't give my money back. I wasn't sure the exact amount I inserted because I trusted the atm to work probably so when I filled a claim I had to estimate how much I had gotten stuck. I used to bank with hsbc and their atms would take all the bills and count them properly regardless of bill orientation. I've come across better bill collection devices at self checkout registers that were able to handle multiple bills workout any issues

these people dont wanna help customers. if im trying to transfer a balance to a capital one cc, the capital one back is supposed to start the transaction. not the bank im transferring from. two cashiers refused to help me. capital one bank customer service in this area is bad

I went to this branch's ATM to deposit a check when the branch was closed. The ATM said the check needed my review but the review screen showed the correct amount to I pressed "accept check". The ATM didn't respond so I pressed it again with no response. It returned my check and card so I went to the branch's other ATM at the drive thru lane. Same thing. It said my check needed my review but the review screen had the correct amount. Pressing the accept check button did nothing. The check was a check from another bank so there should be no problem processing it. Now I have to go back to the branch during business hours. Thanks a lot.

I gave cashiers check to sellers attorney as down payment they lost the cashiers check , when I went to bank for stop payment as they lost it and give money back they said it’s a 90 day policy they cannot do anything.
What if someone misuse it, they should have helped me as they lost the check that’s my down payment amount it’s a hard earned money I don’t know if I loose that money then to whom shall I blaim .
I gave them check on sep 1st, anyone from Capital one bank please help me to get my money back as this is my down payment amount I went to capital one bank 217 Jamaica Ave queen village NY I didn’t get any help.

This place just gets worse. How do you have two tellers working during this time (COVID19) when we’re tying to get people in /out.Parking lot is full of customers cars everywhere. People waiting out the door and only people working are two tellers? Line is out the door to the bus stop! Time for the manager to get back to roots and get on that register.Ridiculous!!!Thank you for closing all the other local branches. The money spent on the mid century modern renovation could have gone toward an other bank teller or two.Thank you so much for closing the Drive through for another ATM???We’re trying to go contactless, a drive through would have been great!I went and deleted my old post just so I can update a new one... that’s how irritated I am.

Closing so many branches gives customers a very bad feeling about your institution’s long term stability. That’s compounded by the constantly changing branch personnel and understaffing. Sorry but you need to serve your customers adequately! That’s the way to increased profits!

This location and the tellers are extremely slow even before COVID. There is always a line and not enough staff. Sometimes I have to wait 15 min to get someone to come down stairs to open the vault.

Teller Name Ashley very very slow. Took so much time to count money
