Worst experience ever. I went to this bank to open a new account in the morning, making an appointment at 3:00 pm. When I got there at 3, they told me the lady who was supposed to open the account for me had some emergency. Can anyone just texted me or called to inform me? How hard could that be? I asked could anyone here help me, the lady behind the counter said some other lady would, and just kept me waiting for 20 mins. They kept saying a few more minutes, but I mean if you have another clients you needed to take care, or it’s your break time or whatever just tell me, but apparently I didn’t see any client she’s dealing with because she was looking at me behind the door. Unbelievable. Don’t come this branch.

I went to this atm a little after 5pm on 1/8/25 and saw that employees were still inside. I proceeded to take out my funds at the atm. IT SHUTS OFF !!! While processing my money !
No receipt, no money and just starts to reboot but checked my account and the $200 is pending. I knocked on the door 3 times before the woman at the first desk on the right hand side and some mid aged Indian man decided to acknowledge my knock. He walks to the door doesn’t open it and says you cannot come in. I did not care to come in I just needed help with the atm. So because it’s not your money you don’t care to help. It was legit 5:20pm. I feel being a black younger woman, nobody takes you seriously and quickly dismisses you. Won’t be going to this scamming ass location again. Customer service is below negative.

Great service by the staff in spite of the Bank's efforts to reduce human services with a kiosk. Very convenient location with ample free parking.

Horrible personal manager service. They billed me for personal checks even though I was told later because of the deposit amount I had ,it would be complimentary. I was not told that I qualified for an upgrade to get rid of some transactional charges until I went to another branch. The bank personal managers also told me that they are unable to do international money transfers to bank and it would have to be okayed by the " main office " because they don't have a " medallion stamp. " at that branch as well. After promising to look into it - they never got back to me only seemed intent on selling me CDs. Go to branch in New Hyde Park, where they are much friendlier and more helpful and took care of my incoming international money transactions without fuss.

If you are a person of color, and need to do anything besides using the ATM, DO NOT come here. The level of discrimination at this branch is beyond imagination.I went in to make a withdrawal on my account and the teller Mohammed could not give me my funds because “they don’t know where the funds came from.” After spending 30 minutes there on the phone with customer service, I got frustrated. I guess people of my color aren’t supposed to have those kind of funds available.I went to another branch immediately and they were able to process my transaction without any issues. They saw no errors.

They do not answer the phone. Also when they call you they do not leave a message if you are unable to answer the phone. Bad!

Tareq one of the associates is the most racist person I’ve ever encountered and the manager is no different! It’s rather unfortunate because I’ve never had such issues with any Chase branch except for this. What a shame!
