Today I came into the bank to accomplish 2 different tasks. I’m happy to say I’m more than a satisfied customer. I specifically approached Sophia Sutton. From my past experience she has been a great help to my father and I. I’ve known her for short time but I’ve seen her go above and beyond. Since I first met her I knew she was blessed with an enlightening spirit. Today I got to know a little bit about her. I must say she’s a strong woman. We had a conversation about my deceased mother which I normally don’t like to talk about. The fact that she showed such concern and care for my mother I was able to let my guard down. She gave me some insight about life that I haven’t thought of. I was able to leave the bank feeling relieved and hopeful. I want to thank her so much for her care and hospitality. We need more beautiful souls like her in the world.

It have known Ms. Dywantie Gobin for few years now. She is a highly professional and a respectful employee at the Dime Glen Oaks branch. She has a calm and collective attitude. I am at the branch on a daily basis and Dywantie attends to my needs and ensures that I am happy. Dywantie is a lovely human being. We have been banking at this particular branch for a very long time. When we started, it was only due to the fact that this was our neighborhood bank. But we were impressed by the personalized service given by our Relationship Manager Dywantie Gobin. She is extremely helpful and during the years we have seen that she keeps a regular eye on the account, so we never have to worry about anything. Dywantie is the reason that we have opened accounts for our other corporations there as well and from one account, now we have over 25 accounts at that branch for our Verizon Retail Stores. We really like her professionalism and the personal attention to so many of our accounts. We would say she is one of the best Bank executives we have met. We would recommend you to go to this branch and meet her. You will definately move your account to this branch.

I want to say I’m not that person who writes many reviews but with dime bank specially this branch I’m with them for let 2 years. All branch professionals are so warm and welcoming I can’t point out one person. Sophia, Luis, krishna, Roxanne and Zach they’re always trying to get out of their comfort zone to help. I would most definitely recommend business and professional banking with them. It’s a small scale but they treat you more than just professionals. I feel like they’re friends to me. i would highly highly highly recommend everyone to try it out I’m sure you won’t regret it.

I have found problem after problem with employees of the Glen Oaks branch. I was given misinformation time and time again, and these people are simply clueless! They have people answering the telephone who have some difficulty with the English language, and many do not have any correct answers to my questions about their services. I would stay away!

After the poor treatment I received both at the branch and with telephone banking I went to the branch and closed my accounts. The manager then called me over and asked why. I started explaining and he began to argue my reasons for closing my accounts. I had no obligation to justify my actions and told him I had nothing further to discuss with him. I turned and walked away and the manager started talking under his breath at me when I was out of sight. I didn't hear what he said but I can only assume it was derogatory based on my interactions with him. I've never seen something that unprofessional at a bank before.

Everyone in bank wonderful from top down. Charisma is in charge and always very helpful. Others of note Barbara, Dianne, Luis, Karen and young men tellers sorry don't know their names.
