They’re really rude, I understand having limitations to your job and just doing your job. Sometimes that does limit you to help others. But to speak to people in such a rude manner when you already know they are in a time of distress is crazy to me. one of the “customer service” told us to sit down and swatted us away like we were flies lol. They speak to you like you’re stupid even when you’re explaining to your situation to them. I would give no stars fr if I could. Avoid this bank. The customer service lady looked at us with such disgust and disrespect. Go somewhere where they will actually respect you. And it’s only this branch too any other rep I had to talk to regarding this bank was super pleasant so idk.

Don’t go to this branch. It might look nice on the outside and inside, but the staff is terrible. The staff is so bad no one was helping me. Only one person which was the same race as me helped. She was asking her co workers how to help me because I forgot to bring my id. They were like “no I’m busy” even though there were no customers and they were talking on the counters and on their phones. After that she called her manager. The manager said “why can’t you do it yourself instead of coming here?” I told them “I already tried but didn’t work.” So the manager said “I can’t help you because you have no id.” Even though she helped the other person without an id. I would give this place a -5 star rating but I can’t. This branch was so rude.

Terrible customer service, charges you dormancy fee if you don’t make transactions.No one at the branch can help and long wait times.AVOID CITIZENS BANK at all costs.

It is unfortunate that I must say for this branch to have such a diverse staff, they racially profile. I have had on more than 1 occasion experienced profiling from 1 certain teller. The customer experience is poor quality, the assistant manager tried to gaslight me with excuses of why it should not be considered racial profiling. As a woman who is mixed race it is apparent the staff does not like or trust any customer who looks Black to have access to their own money.

This bank is very organized. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. Even if they don’t know the answer to a situation or a question they ensure that they will find the answers accurately. This saves me a lot of time and frustration. They take health precautions very seriously which makes for a better experience because I feel safe. Although they take their time with me they were also very efficient in not having me wait or others. A happy balance of customer service and effective banking. I thoroughly enjoy my banking experience there...

Branch is very well organized, the entire team works great together. I explained my situation to the greeter and she communicated to the staff in the back with no need to repeat my scenario multiple times. I was in and out very quick, which during COVID times is very comforting to know you won't be waiting for too long. They also follow the social distancing on the line very seriously, just don't forget to wear a mask.
