Amazing customer service! Saba truly is looking to help every one that walks through the door and always on hand to aid her fellow employees as well. She’s extremely knowledgeable and focused on my needs while providing options I didn’t know existed. Saba should be running this place!

Very Nice atmosphere and environment. The New leadership was fantastic. The change in management really helped me in all the ways I thought they would.They took care of my prior issue that old management couldn’t help with. Very satisfied.

Very unprofessional team and management working there. When I was switching over to Tmobile, they said if I bring a 3rd line to them I would get an IPhone 13 for free. A Week later I find out I have to pay for this phone. So I went back to the store to find out what the situation is. They said that the promotion is over, but they will try to fix this issue or they will take the phone back. Manager of the store promised to call me back the next day around 2 pm.Never got a call back so I called at 3:30 pm just to find out that the manager left for the day and no on there is able to help me

I recently upgraded my phone and purchased the home wifi. I received great service. The manager and the salesperson were extremely helpful. They priced out different options for me. I was happy with the service I received. I would definitely go back to this location in the future.

The most amazing service. Was in there for about an hour about trading in my phone and the staff was behind patient and helpful. Got my new phone and a sweet deal. Would come back here a million times if I had to.

The owner of this shop misleads customers and will add extra fees to your bill without letting you know. He will promise discounts only to artificially jack up your bill with other fees such as adding an extra line or insurance without letting you know. Jay and his associates at T Mobile orchestrate a scam to trick unsuspecting customers so they can get more commission at the cost of the people who trust them.
