This place needs new employees this is the second time I have come to this location and someone is arguing with the postal worker over a lost package and makes everyone else wait over 10 minutes because their is 1 employee but 10 other people waiting to be helped and finally when I complained an additional worker came out. These people are some of the most incompetent lazy usps workers I have ever seen. Will never be stepping foot back in here. They also will not help print a label for you even though you have a scannable bar code for them on the phone.

I dont know why but over past month, I have gotten mail not belonging to me. I am missing a piece of mail too. Wonder who got it. Someone is making awful mistakes at the GO post office.

Absolute worse. If this post office cant send out your mail for whatever reason instead of returning the sender on the envelope they literally throw it away and have answers for you when asked where it is. They say they dont throw it out but can’t tell me where my mail is from 4 months ago…

will never come back againemployee treated me like im dumb, paying 5.49＄ for a box that i had to build up myself, that guy was disrespect and racist, treated ppl differently, make that weird face when I'm trying to figure out how their box works, say merry Christmas to every other customer but not me， felt disrespected.

It's really sad when you see the USPS places get such low ratings. I get both sides of the coin. There are some folks working in other postal offices who are not cut out for customer service jobs.At the Glen Oaks postal office, they have the highest rating I would gather anywhere in Queens. The employees here are amazing. They work so hard and are polite.Just make sure you do your part as a customer following the rules and the transaction should go through easy.Keep up the fantastic work, Glen Oaks postal service!

BS +++Really? You guys are truly not compassionate with the amount of stress these guys go through. The place is small. Not a lot of room. The staff are always training new people and place is cold. These guys get so much credit for dealing with a lot. Have a heart and be patient.They have boxes for sale as well as other items available. They even sell hallmark cards.
